This property is amazing! It’s better than the listing. They go the extra mile by providing snacks and coffee as well as shampoo and conditioner. The house is centrally located to several beaches.

This was the perfect house for 3 couples. Lots of room with 2 separate living rooms House was stocked with K-cups, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps (bath, washing machine and dishwasher), and snacks. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great spot for a group

House was nicely equipped with everything we needed. Loved the layout, two living rooms and the screened patio gave spots for everyone to hang out. Beds were very comfortable, great that there were four rooms with king size. Kayla was great to work with and responded quickly both before and during the stay..

Great spot very close to Ana Maria Island

Hosts were great, we needed a barbecue grill and they made sure that one was delivered quite immediately along with barbecue tools. House is very nice, plenty of space for your family to spread out. Super close drive to Ana Maria Island. Enjoyed our time there!

Bradenton Beach Trip

Perfect accommodations for our group. My sister and I took our kids (4 teens and 2 tweens) for Spring Break. House was absolutely perfect. Hostess responded to all questions and even speedily delivered some cleaner that was needed. Coquina Beach (the closest of the 3 beaches we visited) was by far our favorite. Perfect property for a perfect trip.

Lovely Stay

My family came in from all over the country to bury our father, who recently passed away. The house was perfect! 2 sitting rooms with a joining outdoor patio. We spent most of our time there! The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were wonderful and the beds… amazingly comfortable! The treats left on the counter for us was well loved!! Thank you for such a beautifully decorated and comfortable home for us.

Everything we needed plus more

We were so impressed with the property! The check-in process was easy and we quickly accessed our beautiful home for the week. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were so comfortable. Bathrooms were fully stocked with lotions, soaps, towels & blow dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home when we wanted. Every room, including the comfortable screened patio, has a tv for days when we wanted to relax at home. You can find beach toys, chairs and kids bikes in the garage, but the best thing was the jumper cables that helped us out of a bind when our car wouldn't start. The 10 of us who stayed here give it 10/10. Thanks for the hospitality!
