House was as advertised. Very spacious. Had one issue but was resolved quickly. Kitchen was well appointed. Quiet street. Beach chairs etc is provided. Would book again.

Beach vacation

The property was wonderful clean, perfect setup, beds were very comfortable pool was awesome close to everything. Everyone had what they wanted very quiet neighborhood we will definitely be coming back again!

Host was very accommodating!! When we arrived, we discovered that the closet was short on hangers for 4 women and the pool lounge chairs were extremely hard without cushions. We reached out to the host and she graciously offered to reimburse us for additional hangers and cushions for the lounge chairs. We promptly purchased the items and were reimbursed within a day or two. We found the property to be very relaxing, clean and well stocked. The location was also a bonus. Close to the beach and many great restaurants. I highly recommend!

Spacious and close to everything!

Great family home! Very spacious and just a short drive to Anna Maria! Neighborhood was great for walks and was very quiet! Owners offered beach items which was very much appreciated. Just a little bit of wear on the home which is to be expected for original age before slight remodel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was in close proximity to access Anna Maria Island and restaurants/stores in the surrounding areas. The home is equipped with a beautiful in-ground pool. However, the pool seemed to have difficulty maintaining appropriate water levels to allow it to function properly. Fortunately one of the members of our party has experience with pool maintenance and was able to troubleshoot this issue. Our only suggestion would be to equip the home with more of your basic kitchen necessities such as a pizza cutter, pizza baking sheet, etc…However, the property management always responded promptly to our correspondence and requests! Overall, though, we would recommend this property to others visiting the area! Thank you for your hospitality!

Awesome with one drawback

Absolutely loved our stay and the Hosts. My reason for not giving a 5 Star overall was the incessant barking and horrible fighting of the neighborhood dogs. The Host were very attentive and provided whatever we needed in an unbelievable timely manner. The house was well appointed and SUPER CLEAN. Our kids loved the pool. I would never hesitate to rebook, but for the dogs.

Wonderful location!!

Our family of 9 (kids/grandkids ranging in ages from 1 year to 30 ) stayed for a week. The location is amazing. Close to beaches, golfing, shopping, restaurants! We enjoyed all those things! In fact, our daughter got engaged on the beach in front of Beach House Waterfront restaurant! We highly recommend eating there! The house was perfect for us, bedrooms for all and the family room area was open to the kitchen! The pool was perfect! We paid extra for heating the pool, which we did need and enjoyed! The pool area is covered. There is a nice washer and dryer in the garage. They supplied the soap. They have a cart and chairs for the beach!! When you are shopping know that the refrigerator is cleaned out so you will need all condiments! They also have a garage fridge! The kitchen is well supplied but we would have liked a crockpot! It was a nice, safe neighborhood where we enjoyed walking around! We will certainly be back!!
