A quick walk or bike ride away from the beach or town, this beautiful contemporary ranch home is located just north of Montauk Highway between East Hampton and Amagansett. The bright, 1,800 square foot home is set on .7 acres and is just over one mile away from Two Mile Hollow Beach. Newly renovated and furnished, the home's large open plan living and dining room features gorgeous natural light that streams through large windows and double glass doors creating a serene environment that brings the outside in. The home has a large brand new cedar deck with a 40x20 heated salt water pool, outdoor shower, grill and plenty of seating - the perfect space for entertaining.

There is ample space to spread out across 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master suite features sliding doors to the deck, as well as a recently renovated master bathroom with a walk-in double shower and double vanity.

The house has everything you need: a main-floor washer/dryer, wine fridge, smart TV, high-speed WiFi and plenty of closet space. All you need to bring is your bathing suit! Available for rent for the month of August.
