Hidden on the opposite wing of the main floor is an intimate bedroom offering calm and blissful sleep with blackout shades, a double size bed with a Posturepedic mattress, fabulous bedding, loads of pillows, comforter, and blanket. A wall of double closets, large triple size dresser, and night table will plenty of room for your belongings. Only steps outside the bedroom lead to a modern bathroom providing toiletries, a large shower and heat lamps.

Tucked away on the opposite side of this home, experience the convenience of a fully stocked Laundry Room with a full-size high efficiency washer and dryer.
Walking up to the second floor, you will discover the open loft with sun flooded views of the living room and outdoor patio. Take a break and watch TV on the beautiful pull-out sofa. Or get lost in a book with the large collection supplied in the wall unit. Perfect the temperature with a Smart NEST-controlled Central A/C / Heating thermostat and/or use the ceiling fans that cool off the entire living area.
Turn left to the charming en-suite primary bedroom with armoire, dresser, and night tables to store your belongings along with a walk-in closet. Blackout shades, a luxury Posturepedic mattress with extra pillows add to your comfort. There is a private large custom bathroom with oversized shower spa with multiple sprays, double sink, additional make-up/ hair station plus LED mirror with custom Bluetooth settings.

Down the hall are two other generous-sized bedrooms with extra-large closets, full dressers, and night tables. Sleep soundly on Posturepedic mattresses with comforters, blankets, and pillows galore. One bedroom also provides a desk workstation behind closed doors. All bedrooms have blackout shades.

Conveniently located between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom where you can
take a blissful bath in the deep soaking tub or use the overhead shower. Heat lamps provide warmth while blow dryer, toiletries, and full sets of bath towels, and make-up towels are provided.

Take a break from the outdoors in the finished basement featuring a dedicated exercise space with a Peloton bike, yoga mat, Bosu, Reebok Step, and various weights, rollers, straps, and bands. Or just chill on the comfy large pullout sofa in front of the large smart TV. Perhaps you would enjoy sitting around the poker/ game table enjoying a full selection of books and games. Thirsty? No problem…there is a refrigerator. Also included is an extra bedroom and a full bathroom.

The attached 2-car garage provides an EV charging port. More parking is available on the driveway.

There are so many restaurants and eateries, concerts, sports, nature trails, and places to bike.

Prime season is from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and I tend to keep the pool/spa open from late April to late September (no extra charges for propane here!) Off season is tranquil and peaceful and is a wonderful time to enjoy and explore The Hamptons without the crowds. There are still so many activities that your family or group can create wonderful memories as there is rental availability throughout the year.
