Beautiful condo. Well organized, clean and perfect view. It was only a few weeks prior to trip that we were notified of beach work and that the beach access may be closed and need to use next door access- which didn’t sound terrible at first. But by the time we had to walk down the parking lot away from the beach and back around towards the beach of the next door condo parking lot and then across the length of that building- it felt as if we had walked a block which defeated the purpose of renting an ocean front property. I do believe a discount should be applied when the beach access is not accessible. Otherwise- beautiful and wonderful stay!

Spring Break Getaway

A great place to stay right on the beach! The pool and beach were just steps away from the elevator. The condo was stocked with everything you could think of! We will definitely be coming back.

The beach was not accessible because of remediation efforts to control erosion. This should have been better communicated. We used the public beach access so alls well that ends well.

Excellent location and condo. Just as described. A suggestion would be for the owner or management company to spring for a beach towel or two, and a beach chair or two. It’s a PITA to fly in and have to buy things you won’t take back on the plane. I donated the ones I bought to a kid at the rental car co.

Seascape

Property is under construction which we were not told until the day before we left. Was told the workers did not start until 9 but they started at 7 every morning. Had a difficult time using the TVs and there were no instructions. We never did get the TV in the guest room to work. The dryer needs updated. We messaged the manager and he sent someone to work on it but it still took more than an hour to dry a load of clothes. The view of the ocean was great. The kitchen appliances were all new. Beds we’re comfortable.

FALSE ADVERTISING. NO DIRECT BEACH ACCESS. Unless walking through the hot parking lot and around to another condo and way down the side and front of it is considered “direct” lol. Absolutely not. See my photos. 2400 to end up with actually no direct beach access as advertised, no working dryer, no key for when doors accidentally get locked, the living room sliding door doesn’t lock (and small children were there), and the cleaners vacuumed but did not mop. Bare feet that were clean ended up so dirty minutes after getting there. We all wanted to wear socks or sandals the whole time after that. The TV in the smaller room didn’t work. We heard people running by our room and above us all night the first night. I understand that sometimes happens in condos. But I don’t want anyone to assume everyone will follow the 10pm-10am noise ordinance. We understand owners might not be aware of the cleaners not mopping. We also understand the beach erosion is not the owner’s fault. But not letting us know ahead of time that my elderly mom who can’t walk far wasn’t going to have that direct access like the pictures show (and the reason I chose here) was very disappointing and quite literally false advertising. I was hoping we would find our place we would keep coming back to, but we did not. The place looks great and finishes are beautiful with a well-stocked kitchen, but that was overshadowed with lack of transparency with the previously mentioned issues.

Thank you for your feedback — we want to clarify a few points for future guests. Beach access and the ongoing shoreline erosion are both disclosed in our listing, so this wasn't left out of the description. Regarding the bathroom door: our knobs don't have interior keys, which is standard, but we walked you through the mechanism directly when your infant was locked in the bathroom in the middle of the night. All sliding doors were checked and lock properly. The second bedroom TV is in working order. The dryer is working properly. This unit is cleaned by our best housekeeping staff, and we've reviewed their checklist for this turnover and the floors were mopped but we have brought to their attention. We're glad you enjoyed the space and kitchen, and we are sorry for the issues you experienced.

2022 Moore Family vacay

Perfect location for a family get away. The little ones enjoyed the pool and the quick walk to the beach. Quiet area and great view! Only downfall is spotty phone reception but otherwise no complaints!!
