Shad Shack is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house 0.3 miles away from Shoal Creek Lake Access. Complimentary access is provided during all stays.
When you walk into the entryway you are greeted by the large living room with plenty of seating. Above the fireplace, you will notice the large TV to catch a movie or the big game. Off the living room, you will head into the large kitchen. Plenty of counter space for all the food prep. The dining table is set for 8. Off the kitchen, you will hit the laundry room before heading out to the garage for a game of table tennis. The main bedroom is off the other side of the living room with a King Bed. You will find 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs. 1st guest room with Queen bed and pull-out sofa. The 2nd guest room has a full bed, full bed bunk with a twin over. plenty of extra space to relax. Plenty of deck space with a gas grill, and lounge furniture. Step down to the yard and find the extra big fire pit.
5 miles away from Shoal Creek Camp Site. Minutes away from Downtown Buford and Lanier Islands.

Family Stay

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The decks are beautiful and enjoyable in the evenings even in the hot summer. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for our 3 families.

Great place for friends to gather

We used this property to meet up with college friends and their families. We had plenty of space with 5 adults and 3 teens. The girls even used the provided air mattress in the huge closet so they could have their own space. The eat in kitchen was so spacious we could visit during meal prep.

Fantastic place for family

We had to have a larger place because our home was being renovated and this home was great for our larger family and met all of our needs without us having to miss a beat. It was nicely appointed with plenty of space for both lounging and in the kitchen. Liked the back deck a lot, even though it was pollen season. Owner was great with communication and even let us extend our reservation a couple days on short notice because our reno ran long. Overall, a wonderful stay and the location is also ideal for the lake or the mall.

Ok property. Very clean but needs updating. Kitchen is closed off to the living room. Kitchen has almost no supplies-utensils. It would have been nice to have some coffee packets, cream/sugar. No bathroom supplies (ie. shampoo/conditioner, lotion).

Spartan but adequate

Minimumly stocked, cooking utensils were greasy, and there were traces of rodent feces in the cupboards and dishes. Overall space was good. It would have been nice if there were cushions in the outdoor furniture.
