If you're looking for a smaller complex in the heart of quaint Cherry Grove, this eight-story north-end resort is your answer. Cherry Grove Beach offers you true beach life, most within walking distance. One highlight of the area is the Cherry Grove Pier which is excellent for fishing, relaxing, or watching sea life.

This vacation rental is close to shopping, ice cream vendors, beach stores, groceries, and popular local restaurants such as Duffy's and Duck Dive.
These spacious two- and three-bedroom condominiums have excellent features. You'll have superb views of the ocean from your private beachfront balcony and from a bedroom or two, as well. Enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise or a cocktail at sunset as you relax taking in unforgettable sights. The comfortably furnished living area has plenty of room to gather with your family or friends for cards, games, or movie nights.

A BEACHSIDE SWIMMING POOL (open May through October) and a large poolside sundeck are some of the resort's popular outdoor amenities. Free Wi-Fi is available in all condos so you are conveniently connected on your beach holiday. You might just love your stay so much that you want to return for a beachfront winter at Shalimar. Several condos have reasonable off-season monthly rates for extended stays from November through March.

Property looked much better in pictures than in reality. Old furnishings. Things removed from the balcony that were in the pictures. Needs privacy curtains in the master bedroom. Toilet leaking. Door knobs that didn’t operate correctly. Freezer leaked water down into the refrigerator. Big holes in the walls. All small things I guess.

Great balcony, everything else a disappointment

The online pictures of this property looked pleasing enough, and the Thomas Realty folks were nice, but in person this condo is very run-down and not in the least bit comfortable. There was an entire cabinet door missing in the kitchen, the living room couch and chairs were low to the ground (difficult to get out of) and not sufficiently cushioned, every piece of furniture showed visible wear and tear, both doorknobs on the second bathroom were about to fall off, the air conditioning barely cooled down the back bedroom, and the furniture choices were also strange given the limited space -- bringing in luggage was difficult with the large wooden chair dominating the entryway, and likewise navigating the bedrooms was difficult given the hulking furniture. The balcony was fantastic though -- comfortable furniture for sitting out there, and the oceanfront views were spectacular. The master bathroom shower was also nice.
