Cosy Artist Retreat for 2 - private tiny house with access to full, private bath

Originally built as a writing retreat, this tiny, yet lovely cabin offers privacy for two in a quiet, conveniently located in West Fairbanks neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the airport. The cabin features a loft bed, small kitchen appliances with artistic decor and furnishings. Guests are offered exclusive, private use of a full bathroom inside our home (blocked off from rest of the house). 1 mile away from an historic Fairbanks restaurant and 10 minutes to/from the airport.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Windows must not be open during winter months. If the cabin gets too hot the heater needs to be adjusted instead.
The back garage door must always be locked after entering and exiting. Shoes are not permitted inside the main house/bathroom.
Quiet voices, quiet closing of doors, etc are a must when using the private bathroom. No loud talking, music or disruption to the household please.
