Great place for large family gathering for Graduation
This place is fantastic and has plenty of space for a large family. It was well stocked, very clean, and comfortable for our large group. You also have access to the Echota clubhouse facilities and swimming pool / hot tub. We would definitely come back here and would recommend to others.

Our family gathered for the weekend to go tubing and enjoy the area. We had a great time and the house was just right! Lots of sleeping space and great hang out space. We enjoyed the ping pong table too! Great sunrises to start the day!

This community has the cutest and most amazing views. The sunrise was breathtaking! It's super quiet neighborhood although the property is full of townhomes, there's barely any activity of cars, people or noise.
The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. More than enough blankets and pillows and the beds were really comfy. We would definitely come back to this property.

Very clean! Easy to get to. The gate code was not correct that was given in the email but luckily a nice lady behind us told us what it was and get got in. It was very accommodating to have all the starter supplies already there, like dishes, trash bags, bed Linen’s, towels etc. We all would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful property and amazing views. Great - unobstructed view of Grandfather Mountain. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying cooler temps and enjoying the views. The swing was a definite plus. Great layout for a family vacation - plenty of room to spread out especially with two separate living areas. Location was great for shopping, dining and activities. The pool is also convenient and beautiful - the grandkids really enjoyed it! Only thing needed - cookware needs to be updated and need to include cookie sheets and maybe pizza pan. Check in and check out was very simple. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much! We are so pleased you enjoyed your getaway! We are sharing your feedback about the cookware with our team. Please come back and enjoy the views anytime! - BRMR
The views were amazing! We thought we would have pool access, but ended up not having access to the indoor pool, residents only. We unnecessarily brought extra toilet tissue, paper towels, and hair dryers because the information told us these things were not available or in limited quantity.

Thank you! We are glad you enjoyed your stay overall! We do want to clarify that guests *do* have access to the indoor pool and exercise facility. During the summer months, there is one of the outdoor pools only allows residents, but the indoor pool allows guests. Please come back anytime! - BRMR
Such a nice place for our large group. Having a separate lower level with bedroom, bath, living area and porch with extra twin beds was perfect for one family of our large group. We did a lot of cooking but the utensils and supplies were adequate as we planned ahead with some equipment we brought. The grill is small and the temp gage doesn’t work so we had to really watch it as the flame was just one setting/ high. Remember for a week stay to bring extra laundry ,dish ,and bath, and hand soaps and be prepared to wash towels a few times since there is only one per person. The location was lovely, not too far from the amenities.we especially enjoyed the outdoor pool with the grandkids and found the lovely decking behind the clubhouse worked wonderfully for our family photo shoot.Having a garage to park one of our vehicles of the large group was awesome. We enjoyed seeing bunnies, birds, deer, and especially the fireflies . The porch settings were so nice w the comfy seating and great views. We have always enjoyed visits to Echota.

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad the lower level layout worked so well for your group and that the garage, pool, clubhouse deck, porch seating, and views added to your stay. So happy you enjoyed the wildlife and your family photo shoot — we’d love to host you again. - BRMR
