Just 500' (across the street) from Salisbury Beach Access #7, this Beach Home offers all the amenities and space you will need to make memories for a lifetime.

Located on a quiet, secluded stretch of beach just a short stroll to the Salisbury Beach Boardwalk and the Seabrook, NH state line (Brown’s, Markie’s, Tripoli’s…) and a quick 4-minute walk to the Hideaway Pub (Entertainment), Beachside Café (Breakfast/Lunch), a full-service laundromat, and a fully stocked convenience store.

This property is a 1st floor unit (3 steps) with easy access to the Beach. The Main Bedroom features a King-Sized bed and the Bunk room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins total). There are also several futons (additional charge for futon bedding).

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals and pack your snacks for the beach. Lobster pots, crackers, and corn cob holders are included. With a full-sized dining table seating 6 you will have plenty of space to make and enjoy your meals and family time.

The living room provides plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out after a long day in the sun. There is a 55” Smart TV including basic cable and HDMI adapters for your gaming system or firestick. There is also a game cabinet in the kitchen filled with family favorites (Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno, Connect 4 and more..). A Centralized AC system will keep you nice and cool on those hot summer nights or warm on chilly evenings.

Watch the sunsets over the marsh from your private deck, including a gas grill and seating for the whole family. There is also a screened-in front porch, perfect for early morning coffee, an afternoon rest from the sun, or a quiet evening cocktail.

There is 1 off street parking space included and limited on street public parking.
Sheets and blankets are provided for all beds, as well as 6 sets of towels.

We provide everything you need for the beach, including beach chairs, towels, games, and a wagon, we also have coolers and an outdoor cold-water shower.

We have done our best to design "Summer Breeze" to meet all of the needs of families. The location makes it perfect for a quiet vacation. Close enough to the Salisbury boardwalk for an evening at the arcades but far enough from the hustle and bustle on your own quiet stretch of beach.
