★ Please Lock Car Doors and NEVER leave food in your vehicle, as these bears are particularly smart and have learned how to open car doors for a snack!

SUMMERTIME POOLS
★ You will have access to 3 pool areas during the summer season. Please abide by all pool rules.
★ A $50 fee will be charged for lost pool passes.
★ Pool towels not provided; please plan to bring your own if you plan on using the pool!

CRITTERS
★ The Condo is regularly treated for insects, however we are in the middle of nature and it is inevitable that critters may find their way inside from open doors and/or windows.
★ Asian Beetles (look like Lady Bugs!) are very common in this area and are a protected species!
★ No Refunds will be provided for the occasional insect found
★ Please keep all doors closed and locked when not in use

Travel
★ We do recommend travelers insurance (third party or via booking platform)
★ Recommended 4x4 vehicle in the winter should there be snow as we are located on Cove Mountain.
★ No Refunds will be provided for Cancellation due Inclement Weather, Power Outages beyond Host Control, Illness, etc. Please refer to Cancellation Policy

★We suggest that you use your mobile phones navigation for directions to the condo. We have found that some of the vehicle navigations take you to the wrong address (Road behind the condo instead of the road where the parking lot is.)

★We do have routine pest control, however we are located in the middle of the great outdoors, and bugs and critters can enter through open doors and/or windows.

★Pool Hours Starting Friday, May 26th-Sept 9th:
★Alpine Pool (on location) Open 9a-9p, Thurs-Monday
★N Baden Pool (1 mile) Open 9a-9p, Thurs-Tuesday
★S Baden Pool (1 mile) Open 9a-9p, Wednesday-Monday
★You have access to ALL pools with your stay!

★Quiet time is to be observed between 10PM and 7AM daily per HOA.

★Wood Burning Fireplace★
Wood to be provided by the guest. Please ensure the flue is open prior to use. Guest will be responsible for any smoke damage that occurs.

★Short power outages do occur at times due to the elements/branches down that are beyond the owners control, but are quickly restored by the city. No refunds will be given due to power outages out of our control.

★Winter Bookings★
We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance through a third-party company or through the booking platform as we do not provide it. This will give you confidence in the event you feel unsafe to access the cabin or power goes out for an extended period of time. An inch or two of snow is possible from December to February, and refunds will not be given due to inclement weather.

★Parking★
There is a large parking lot with sufficient parking for 2-3 vehicles if needed.
