The house was just as advertised and in a great location. A very short walk to the beach which makes this location prime real estate for beach goers. We loved that it was also within a short walk to many shops and restaurants. Michelle was a great host and communication was prompt. Two Scoops was a favorite for our family and renting beach chairs and umbrellas from a local shop made for a great time! Next time we’ll probably use the local beach concierge service. Book it! It’s a great house!

The location was perfect! We walked to the beach, shops and restaurants every day. The sunset was the best I’ve ever seen. The place was very clean and the communication with Michelle was very smooth and quick. I had a few questions leading up to the trip and she answered them very quickly. We had three teenage boys and their moms and it had plenty of room for all of us. Rent beach chairs and umbrellas from Beach Bum. Get pizza from Pizza Social. Ice cream at Small Town Creamery was a bit of a drive but worth it every night.

Michelle is so easy to work with and so kind to her guests. This location is so perfect to the restaurants and beach. You can walk easily everywhere and enjoy the quaintness of the island. Love the outdoor space too. Thanks for having us again!

Beautiful Vacation Home

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay on Anna Maria Island. The rental property was beautiful, clean, and property owner was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend if you are looking for a property within walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. Great property & excellent location! Very clean and homey with nice outdoor seating area on the side of home and out back with privacy fence. Close walk to the beautiful beach and many shops and restaurants. Would definitely rent this property again!
