If you are looking for a great location, this 5 bedroom chalet is the property for you. If you are looking for an experience downtown Gatlinburg without the hassle of parking, BEAR NECESSITIES is waiting for you! This 5 bedroom house sleeps 12 people and is a short drive or an approximate 10 minute walk from the parkway and downtown Gatlinburg! This property has 3 king bedrooms with en suites. It also has a double queens bedroom, twin over twin bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the gameroom. Bear Necessities provides lots of flat parking with space to hold up to five vehicles.

When booking this home, you will be provided a starter pack of supplies. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, a small bottle of dish soap, 2 laundry pods, travel sized shampoo and body wash, 2 trash bags, and a pack of coffee. The coffee maker is a standard drip coffee maker if you would like to bring your favorite brand. All additional supplies needed will be the guest's responsibility.
We also provide towels for showering. If you would like additional towels for the hot tub, please bring your own.

Hi, Our names are Dan and Jenna. We were born and raised in East Tennessee and have always loved Gatlinburg and The Smoky Mountains! We have been married for 23 years and have four children. We enjoy traveling and spending time together as a family! Our daughters play volleyball, so we spend most of our afternoons watching them play! We love to go to Gatlinburg and eat at our favorite restaurants and enjoy the beautiful mountains.

We own long term rentals and decided to venture into the short term rental market. After a very short time as hosts, we decided to continue to grow our business in Gatlinburg. We love being hosts and enjoy interacting with our guests. We know as a family with multiple children how important vacations are and strive for all of our guests to have a wonderful experience in Gatlinburg.
