This home is in the perfect location for weddings in Grand Rapids or even a quick shot to Holland. with 3200 sq ft of living space theres plenty of room for everyone.

We have three living areas for entertaining space. A crowd favorite is also the garage door bar that opens to the backyard living space.

The space is actually better in person, it’s spacious and the photos don’t do it justice. It had plenty of space for our group. Would book again for sure.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood!

Came into town for a family wedding. Beautiful house was a great homebase for family to enjoy time together. The kids really enjoyed the pool while the parents enjoyed the hot tub. The house has five very comfortable bedrooms and wonderful living spaces for family to gather.

Awesome place!

I work for an NFL agency so I booked this on behalf of one of my clients. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The host was lovely, responded quickly, and even left a small gift for my client's daughter for her birthday which was extremely thoughtful. My client was very happy and would highly recommend staying here again!

Excellent and Accommodating

We booked this stay for us and our bridal party for our wedding and we could not be more pleased with our stay. Lexi very accommodating with this uncommon circumstance and communicated very well and was nice throughout the entire process. The place was clean and very, very roomy for everyone. Will definitely be staying again!

Clean house with plenty of sleeping space.

Very clean house with plenty of sleeping space for our group. My only suggestion is maybe to supply more rugs by the doors and towels in the house.

Exactly as described -- a comfortable oasis!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property was even more attractive in person. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and a belated Christmas celebration with family spread across the state. Since our daughter attends GVSU, this was a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and a couple of us enjoyed the hot tub too. All of the upgrades to the house were very beautifully done. It is very peaceful and inviting. Lexi is very responsive and friendly. It was an awesome experience from start to finish!

Perfect place to celebrate with all!

We enjoyed this house for a girls weekend! The house very comfortably slept 10! All of us agreed that this was the nicest VRBO we had stayed at. The home was exactly as it appeared in the photos and was very well maintained and clean. Nothing was grimy or dirty. The bedrooms were beautiful and we loved using the bar and ice maker! The home was clearly built for enjoying celebration with many people! We stayed in the January 2023 and loved using the hot tub! It was one of the main reasons we chose this house. We had one girl who uses a power wheel chair, and she was able to access the whole first floor very well. She brought her own ramps to enter the home as there are 2 steps to enter the home through the front door. So bring your own ramp if you use a wheelchair! The 3 bathrooms were beautiful with very nice showers and the setup was great! We cooked in the home, which was great to have all the pots and pans and some serving dishes provided. We loved all the beautiful interior design decorations of the home! We were commenting on how we would like to go on another trip here or enjoy with our own families in the future! It’s about a 15 min drive to Grand Rapids, and a comfortable and safe neighborhood.

We had a great extended weekend in Grand Rapids for a friends trip and this place was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful with check in and local recommendations. The house is very nice and clean, pool and steam shower are great bonus amenities and the beds are really comfortable! Perfect for a group of friends or family, the house is also in a nice location just a few minutes from downtown. Thank you for a great weekend!

Perfect family base for wedding weekend

Beautiful house and accommodations! Perfect for a home base for family for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The only reason for not giving 5stars was that the lack of towels was difficult. The bathrooms are beautiful and wet (steamy), and there just weren’t enough towels & bath mats or hooks to keep the bathroom dry and have usable towels.

Lots of room

This was a very nice home with lots of room for the 10 people in our group. House has been updated and is cozy. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Grocery stores nearby. Only suggestions: a few more plates and coffee cups as there wasn’t enough for 10 people. Rug under kitchen table was nice but a tripping hazard for the older people with us. Host was great!!

Beautiful house

This is a such a beautiful home with so many upgrades including a fun surprise with steam room and giant multi-head shower and enough bedrooms and space for 7 adults!

Family Reunion

Our family came in town from Kansas City for a family reunion. This home was perfect for our needs! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and watching the Olympics together while we were home. The home is very spacious and had everything we needed! Not that far from downtown and being in between the airport and Lake Michigan beaches worked well.

It was spacious and well equipped with a large pool and a nice hot tub. There was also a fire pit. Nice little bar area where you can open a door and see a tv from the deck. Host was available and quickly responded to our questions.

Family stay with twins

Absolutely beautiful house and amazing stay! The house had enough room for everyone with extremely comfortable beds and lavish spacious bathrooms. Everyone was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great fun for everyone who stayed especially my twins! Lexi was great at communicating with us as we were coming from out of town for a wedding and made us feel welcome! Beautiful Home in the Perfect Location!

Our family of 8 adults absolutely loved staying in this home! Everything was clean and modern. We appreciated the extra touches like the steam shower, gas fire pit, deck, grill, and pool. We were in town for a funeral and decided to gather at a home rather than split up in hotel rooms, and it was the best decision we ever made. We were able to spend time and laugh and relax. The home is even more beautiful in person! We truly had a blast. Thanks to Lexi for her excellent communication and instructions. Everything we needed was within a few minutes by car, and I mean everything. Perfect area!
