My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cute place. Everywhere we looked we had some cute and interesting decoration or plant. Such a unique vibe but still cozy! Check in was super easy and the beds were actually comfortable. It felt like a sleepover at your hip grandmas house:) Clean, quiet, and in a nice little neighborhood.

Me and my sister stayed at the property for two nights as a mid-winter getaway. The location was great-- about 5-20 minutes from everything you'd want to do in the Grand Rapids area. The neighborhood was your average blue collar neighborhood-- everyone was nice and it was pretty quiet. The house was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and all of the basic necessities were provided. We appreciated the fun decorations and all the live plants. The house is well cared for. The host had great communication and all instructions were clear.

My husband and I were born and raised in Michigan. We enjoy traveling, hiking, and new experiences. We have hosted our upstairs apartment for 6 years successfully. We inherited the house next door and decided to share it with you. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s and Vrbo’s. We manage all our properties ourselves and take great pride in what we have created. We are always available unlike many corporate owned homes. We try to live up to original premise of these properties by not overcharging and being hands on and prompt when needed.

We live for n the house next door. We have successfully rented out the upper half of our home for six years. We recently inherited the house next-door and decided to also share it. We have lived in this neighborhood for 26 years. All of our neighbors are great people. The neighborhood is fairly quiet.

The home is sort of quirky and decorated with items that were originally in the home. We enjoy vintage and quirky items and decided to share them with you. There’s also a private backyard which is a lot of fun in the warmer months.
