Bellevue is located just 15 minutes away from the Gerald R Ford airport and just outside of downtown Grand Rapids. Located near the 131 highway and M6. Bellevue allows for easy access to the Grandville mall and Woodland mall and many other locations in the greater Grand Rapids area. Easy access to many restaurants. Also just a quick 30 min drive to Lake Michigan and other great attractions Michigan has to offer.

We had a great stay, we had everything we needed. Host communicated well. The house was close to the highway and in a center location. The upstairs is a warm at first but with the fans on it actually gets colder at night. Kitchen was well equipped. I think the only thing I can say that needs a TLC is the bathtub that has some mold but besides that everything was awesome.

Jay was very helpful when the a c went out, but it took a couple emails to let him know that a repairman was needed. He was gracious to refund some of our payment because of that. I was not aware that the upstairs does not get the A. C. so it was pretty hot up there where the two smaller beds are situated. everything else was good.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed for a week long stay in Grand Rapids. The kitchen was well-equipped to allow us to make a few meals at home. Air conditioner worked well on the first floor but was not quite as effective upstairs. Fans were provided, which did help. Easy check in and easy to find. Convenient and relatively quiet location with lots of places to eat nearby. We would stay here again!

The host was great. Communication was very good. Everything was clean. The kitchen was good for cooking some meals. The only thing lacking was a table to seat four people for dining or playing a board game. The location was great for accessing activities in Grand Rapids.
