Great experience.

Very nice accommodations. Super clean. Lots of little things for convenience, like inner tubes, firewood, off, bug zapper, games, etc. Great spot on a beautiful river. Perfect for ATV’rs, trail right across the road.

Can't say enough about our stay. It could not have been better. The suite was spotless. It's across the road from a gas station and the Tuscobia trail for sxs riding so location is perfect. Hosts communicated immediately when we had a question. They thought of absolutely everything when including items we might have needed during our stay. We will be back. Did not get a chance to enjoy the water - maybe next time. Thank so much Scott and Andrea.

This was our second stay and we still love it. Very clean and so much included with your stay. It wasn't warm enough but there is a canoe and a couple of kayaks along with a dock. There's a cute fire pit and lovely flowers around the complex. It's also next to a gas station and across the road from the Tuscobia trail as well as great places to eat near by. One of our favorite places to stay.

Best Place in the Area

Great location! Beautiful location along the River. A lot of special touches like candles, ample supplies like toilet paper, and a very roomy. Don’t be turned off by the external looks as it’s great inside.

Labor Day weekend 2022

We loved this place. It is right by the Tuscobia Trail for us to hop on and ride. It is very peaceful to sit out back and have a campfire and watch kayakers go down the river. Hosts were great. They are doing lots of work to make it even better. Definitely a place to go and go back again. That’s our plan! Grandkids didn’t want leave. Thank you Scott and Andrea.
