LOCATION – Double Eagle B12 is located right off of the Lower 4 O’Clock Run and it sits about a block from Park Avenue on 4 O’Clock Road. If you walk three blocks towards town, you will be standing on Main St. with countless shops and restaurants to meet any craving you can think of. Walk a block up from Double Eagle and you will find yourself sitting on the Snowflake lift, heading up Peak 9. After you are done skiing you can literally ski right up to the back porch.                                                               Great family ski vacation

                                                              This is our second time at this condo and we stay here primarily b/c of the location and closeness to the Snowflake lift. I wanted to give this five stars but this condo has definitely gone down in terms of keep up. I do want to share (and I shared this with the office when I checked out) that there are MANY things that need to be fixed/upgraded. The front door lock into the condo was badly broken and if we didn't have the door dead bolted it would not stay closed. The extra security lock was also broken. We were not happy about that. Additionally, there was a knob in the bathroom broken so the only thing that stuck out was the screw - major safety hazard. The other major hassle was the snow plow service. We live in MN so understand that snow plows "typically" don't come out until the snow has really ceased. However this snow plow company was so bad (everyone else was plowed out during the snow) that when I ran out to get a Rx, I couldn't get my car back into the parking lot and therefore had to park off site, pay $10 and then pay Uber to get me back to the car. Major, major hassle. We will definitely be back to Breck but unless these fixes are made, we will look to another unit in the condo building or another building.

                                                              Good layout, spacious living, needs new beds!

                                                              Loved the large living/dining room combo and the ski in access! However, I would not stay here again because it desperately needs new mattresses. I made do by filling the crater in with pillows so that I wouldn't roll into it. Luckily, I was sleeping alone this time. Some other suggestions for retaining repeat customers include a new dryer in the building, less knick knacks aka dust collectors, functional humidifiers, and a full size mirror in the bigger bathroom. The dryer did not work properly and I learned from another tenant that it's been an ongoing problem. The decorations are cute but need to be replaced, reduced, or recycled as they are quite dusty. The one humidifier worked part of the time but quit on us halfway through our stay. The bathroom mirror is small and is designed to look like a window with panes. Cute but not very functional. I would have given 3.5 stars but it wasn't an option. We really love Breckenridge and the location of this condo on 4 oclock road!

                                                              Perfect Location!

                                                              This house is located towards the end of Four O Clock Trail, RIGHT ON THE TRAIL! Going home after the mountain was super easy and very fun. We would just go down Four O'Clock and stop right outside the back door. The balcony/back porch is right on the trail. Getting to the trail head was truly just a short walk up the mountain to catch the lift. The house was cozy. It had all the utensils/tools we needed to cook which we did just about every night. Small kitchen, but we made it work. The beds weren't the most comfortable things to sleep on and the rooms are tight but we spent most of our time together in the living room and out on the mountain. We rented a car to get to Breckenridge but once in town we only used it to get to the grocery store. Everywhere else was close enough to walk to. The center of the town is, maybe, a half mile down the road. This place was in a great location and we lucked out to get a place like this for New Years.

                                                              Wonderful Condo

                                                              We LOVED this condo from location, to Décor, to comfort! The kitchen was very well stocked and the fireplace was GREAT!. Highly recommend this condo to anyone!

                                                              Mountain Cabin Cozy

                                                              We chose the Double Eagle for our Spring Break getaway and it was great. Free Shuttle picks up right down the street (just a few yards) and a little further to town where there are restaurants galore. In the Winter months, there is a ski in opportunity but by Spring, the snow had melted. Our place had a cozy cabin feel with fire place and two bedrooms/full bathrooms. The only thing missing was a washer in the place. There is one on the premise but not in the place. All in all a great experience for our first time skiing.
