This five bedroom home on three levels is sunny, spacious and ideal for families. Enjoy the many amenities such as air hockey, hot tub, and large yard for football tossing or snowman building. Located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe in a perfect setting for hiking, biking, skiing, or boating. Close to many popular beaches including Meeks Bay, Sugar Pine State Park, Bliss State Park, Chambers Landing and many more. Bring your bike and cruise the paved trail into Tahoe City or to one of the local favorite sandwich shops.

Ten people (two families or a group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here. On the main floor, you'll have the living room, dining room and kitchen. The upper floor features 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms and king size beds. The lowest floor features three more bedrooms with king beds, and a bunk room with a full over a full bed.

Location:
While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar, and Palisades and Palisades Alpine. On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches.

Parking: Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway or in the garage. No street parking per county ordinance.


Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
