1B/1BA Prime Location to Johns Pass/Beach/Shopping!

Thank you for staying with us again and for choosing our property three times. We truly appreciate returning guests, which is why it’s especially surprising to read a review that leaves out some important context. The neighborhood-wide power outage was completely beyond anyone’s control, yet we responded immediately, stayed in communication, and even offered you another property to use while power was being restored. While that home was still being prepared, it was offered as a good-faith effort to provide an option during an unexpected situation—not because we were obligated to do so. Regarding cleanliness, we wish you had contacted us during your stay about the makeup sponge or the beach equipment. We would have gladly addressed those concerns immediately. Instead, we’re hearing about them only after checkout, despite having hosted you multiple times before without similar feedback. We’re glad the power was restored much sooner than expected and that the remainder of your vacation was enjoyable. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable stay and prompt communication, even when dealing with circumstances no host can control. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
