Welcome to the Royal Cottage!! This charming cottage sits along Royal Avenue in the heart of "old Grand Beach." It's perfect location puts you in the middle of the hustle and bustle of idyllic Grand Beach. The cottage is situated just steps to the beach and a short 2 block walk to the park, playground, tennis and basketball courts and golf course.

Spend the day frolicking in the Lake Michigan waters and your evenings around the campfire sharing stories of the day's adventures!

The Royal Cottage is a bright and cheery home just waiting for you to create wonderful vacation memories with your friends and family.

Sweet Stay at Grand Beach

We had an awesome week at Grand Beach. The beautiful, walkable neighborhood & location to the lake - just steps away from the cottage - as well as Gina’s warm and welcoming hospitality made this week so special. We were there for the 4th of July and it was incredible. From the spectacular fireworks display on the beach, to the community’s golf cart parade the next day, it was wonderful. As for the cottage, it was clean and cozy, and you will have everything you need for your stay (beach towels, chairs, etc.). We hope you enjoy your time at Grand Beach as much as we did!

Terrific stay at the Royal Cottage!

Clean as a whistle and exactly what we expected! We are long time Grand Beach residents and wanted to be in the old section to be close to my mother. The house was exactly as described and super clean which is very important to me. The biggest asset is Gina who is a terrific manager for the property! She took care of every aspect of our stay (along with her husband Blake) and we had a great week over the 4th of July.

Property was well equipped. Inside was very clean. Would have liked the back/side patio to have been cleaned to enjoy. Used front porch only. Otherwise wonderful stay!!!

Grand Beach Getaway

Our family of 7 really enjoyed the Royal Cottage for a long weekend. Everything is there for you including beach towels and beach chairs. House was immaculate and the beach was so close! Highly recommend!
