Location is everything on this one- you can’t beat the 5 min walk to a private beach. The cleanliness was a big miss for us (used, discard bandaids laying around, desperately needed swept and dusted) but based on the reviews maybe that was one off. If you’re staying with a bigger group/ family a few key notes:— multiple bathrooms but only one shower in the whole house— shower fast - heater must be tiny because even moving fast after two people it was ice for the rest—2 full BRs upstairs, 1 queen BR and 1 king BR downstairs. If you need AC, the fulls are going to roast and the queen is going to ice out—not a single extra blanket or sheet to be found in the house (iykyk if you are traveling with littles)—there is no hot tub; there’s a very large whirlpool tub in the primary suite but the jets don’t work—TV gives you an error message that hardware must be updated to use any app/ smart techHouse is spacious and private beach is stellar, especially if you’re traveling on a holiday weekend.

Great stay and beach

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice and clean. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to an amazing beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was the perfect spot for my family and my best friend’s family from Wisconsin to meet up and have a family vacay. Home was clean and open. Beds we comfortable. We loved the front porch and how close the private beach was. It was a perfect getaway with young kids.

Great home and great location.

The home had everything you would need. It is a great open layout and can accommodate a large group. The 2 block walk to the beach is easy and a nice walk. Can't wait to stay again next year.

A Fantastic Place For Our Family Gathering!

This location was perfect for our family gathering. We did over sleep because the beds are so comfortable, but this allowed us to stay up late enjoying everyone's company in the great room. We will be back next year!

Beautiful vacation

Cozy Excellent Location

Large, cozy house with excellent location. Private beach was easily accessible walking or driving. Perfect distance from New Buffalo. Plenty of private parking available. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to the beach, the wagon they provided was nice to haul our stuff and sometimes the kids. This home had nearly everything we needed to be comfortable for our long weekend. We loved the area and hopefully, we will be back next year.

Perfect Michigan Getaway!

The house was amazing and the walk to the beach wasn't bad at all. The entrance to the beach was actually tough to see the first time but it was wonderful once you get there! Overall we had such a great weekend!

Beautiful home

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home just 2 blocks from Lake Michigan! The house was spotless and communication was great. Definitely recommend!

Live and work in Chicago; I found this area to be the perfect getaway. One hour drive from downtown made it quick and easy for me to get to my front door!

When I bought this property it was perfect for remodeling by being on a corner double lot. I added a second story, and enlarged and enclosed the porch. It was a great decision which added so much room included a very spacious great room.
