Discover our one-bedroom studio apartment in downtown Traverse City, nestled within a historic building that served as an Auto Service Center and Good Year dealership for over 60 years. Fully renovated and completely new, this is one of three unique apartments in the building! Situated in a quiet area, yet at the heart of it all, you'll find many great attractions and restaurants just steps from your door.

The kitchen comes fully loaded with all amenities for both short and long-term stays. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, an ironing board, and large closets for all your belongings.

This property was easy to find also very easy to walk downtown or to the beach perfect location. The only thing is you have to find a place to park which was not a big deal. I parked on the street on Oak. I would rent this place again.

This studio was beautiful and spotless, and had everything we needed (coffee, soaps, etc.). The room was comfortable and airy with many windows for natural lighting. Parking was not a problem, as there were several options. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, yet super convenient to shops and restaurants, all walkable.

The place looked exactly like the pictures! It was so cozy and a close walk to downtown. I loved all the decor. We stayed here for New Year’s Eve and could walk right down to the Cherry ball drop! I would definitely recommend staying.

Good location…close enough to shops. The room was very nice and clean! Extra towel options would be nice. There were “thumping” noises during our stay Friday evening into Saturday morning that made sleeping difficult.

Perfect for a getaway weekend with my husband. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Minutes from the water. Easy drive to nearby small towns along the water which we visited in one day. Condo was clean and completely updated. It even had a fan for those of us who need one to sleep well. Communication with host was immediate, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect and an easy walk to all things downtown! The studio is so cute and we loved the decor. The bed was super comfy and we had everything we needed.
