The space

Living Area:
The living area is a bright & airy space with a huge comfy couch, electric fireplace and 70'' TV to stream your fave shows with free services including HBO Max, Tubi, Peacock and Visio (or easily cast from your own accounts). The space is also ready to enjoy a game night with a few of the classic board games including Monopoly, Scrabble, Sorry and more.

Bedroom 1 (Main):
The main bedroom is located right off the living area and features a queen size bed with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress and private bath. Well-equipped with everyday essentials including a TV (HBO Max, Tubi, Peacock, Pluto, or easily cast from your own accounts) and cordless chargers to help you rest easy and enjoy your stay.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom is located in the back of the house and features a queen size bed with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress and cordless chargers.

Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom is also located in the back of the house and features two bunk beds with Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses on the bottom bunks, and memory foam mattresses on the top bunks. A room divider is available for additional privacy.

Dining area:
The dining area is a clean & modern space open to the kitchen and features a custom drop-leaf table to extend the table size for extra space.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-equipped with everyday essentials to cook, bake, drink & dine along with an eat-in island for easy prep and additional seating. The space includes a dual coffee maker with single serve & drip pot options (used with regular coffee grounds) and a slow cooker.

Bathroom 1:
The main bathroom features a shower/tub combination and double vanity. Complimentary soap, body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner provided.

Bathroom 2:
The second bathroom features a shower and single vanity located off the main bedroom. Complimentary soap, body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner provided.

Laundry:
The home has a stacked washer/dryer unit in the closet off the dining area.

Essentials:
The Luxe Lodge is well-equipped with everyday essentials to help you enjoy your stay.

Parking:
The home has plenty of private parking in the driveway that can easily accommodate up to 4 cars.

Outdoor area:
The outdoor area features a large patio in the backyard with a dining set and natural gas grill.

Garage:
Full heated game room in the garage featuring an island countertop, pool table, ping pong table, tv, fooseball table, and arcade machine.
Note: The lock to the garage door is on the inside to the left. If opening, unlock and lift slowly using the strap. The garage is a bit heavy initially, but balances out once it begins to open. Open garage and use bicycles at your own risk.

Must be at least 27 years old to book.
No parties or loud music. Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

Guest access: Access to the whole home & backyard.
NOTE: There are two security cameras on the property, one at the front door and one viewing the side door down the driveway.
