Crystal Villas provides a paradise vacation for the entire family or a romantic getaway for that special couple. This newly updated property sits directly on the beach and provides breathtaking, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy watching the dolphins while sipping your coffee.

While providing more privacy than a ground floor unit, this second floor unit is so close to the beach that you can sit on the private balcony and watch your family.

Crystal Villas is located in Crystal Beach, one of the most desired areas of Destin. Crystal Beach is world renowned for sugar white beaches and sparkling emerald waters. There are no high rises in the area, which allows you to get away from the crowds and congestion. There are great restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

This unit is beautifully decorated with seaside décor that sleeps six. The interior accommodations are spacious and welcoming allowing you to escape from the hustle and bustle. The master bedroom has NEW plush carpet along with a luxurious king size bed with NEW mattress. There is a wall mounted 40 inch TV and streaming blu-ray player. There are 2 bunk beds in the hallway alcove which are great for kids. There is also a NEW queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room which is equipped with a HD cable box and LCD TV. This unit has 1.5 baths, with tub, shower, and full sized washer/dryer. Enjoy sunset Gulf views while cooking dinner in this fully equipped large open kitchen.

We welcome you to put your feet up, get away from it all, and relax with us. Gulf front and gorgeous, this Crystal Villas unit is your ‘great escape’ to paradise.

We had an amazing stay here. The view, privacy and location is the best we’ve experienced in Destin. The condo was relaxing and well equipped. It could’ve used a little better house keeping and a few cosmetic upgrades but all in all I would recommend this place and we will return.

Beautiful beach front property. I cannot say enough how beautiful this view is to wake up to and be at all day. Love that the condo building is only 3 stories with a private beach so no fighting the crowds. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Only drawback is umbrella and chairs are not included with the condo and to rent daily is 57.00.

Beautiful beach view and best access to the beach we've ever experienced. The condo was clean and just as described. Check-in process couldn't have been easier. This unit is on the 2nd floor of a 3 level condo and is accessed by stairway (no elevator). This condo complex vs. a highrise means a much less crowded beach! Beach chairs with umbrella are available to rent separately through a beach service. Michael was friendly and prompt in responding to communications. We had just one issue arise with the TV and he had someone out within an hour. (Determined new batteries were needed for the remote.) This condo was perfect for a couple or anyone with young kids. Built in bunkbeds for two are available in the hall. The bedroom had plenty of drawer storage. This unit could handle more adults but it might be a bit cramped and lacks for extra storage space for others. There are 1.5 bathrooms; small but they served us well, and had a great shower/tub combo. We would definitely rent here again.

The view was beautiful. I loved the free chair and umbrella service! The condo was really nice. Some things have been recently updated and some things still need some updating, however, it did NOT detract from my extremely enjoyable stay! For the amount I paid for the stay, I was expecting everything to be top notch. I would stay here again, absolutely, but not for the price I paid for this stay.

The location is directly on beach. The unit was much more than what I expected. So clean and had a lot of room and beds for a 1 bedroom. The bunks in hall was a nice addition. Great unit, would be back. Nice coffee and breakfast shop just half block walk was also nice
