The Space
Bedrooms: 6 cozy bedrooms provide restful nights for up to sixteen guests. The two primary bedrooms boasts their own private charm, making it a perfect retreat.
Luxurious sleeping arrangements: On the second floor Bedroom 1 & 2 with king beds, Bedroom 3 with a queen, On the third floor Bedroom 4 with a queen with an extra living space, Bedroom 5 & 6 each with 2 queens. As well as an additional office/ game room.
Bathrooms: Three well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience and comfort. Fresh linens and toiletries are provided as a starter.
Porch: Enjoy the breeze and the historic town on our spacious porch. It's the ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and al fresco dining.

Guest Access
Your stay includes access to the entire property, including the shared porch and private yard. Make the short walk to Cape Charles Beach and enjoy sun, surf, and sand. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your convenience. To book the entire home book the three bedroom as well totaling 9 bedrooms and 22 guests.

My friends and I go to Cape Charles once or twice a year and always have an amazing time. This NYE trip was no exception. We really had a nice time and the property was perfect! Very clean and communication with the owners was amazing. I highly recommend.

Beach House for family gathering

Large enough to accommodate families. We needed 8 beds in 6 or more bedrooms. This house was perfect for us. All amenities were especially useful. Spent much time sitting on the porch and the golf cart was really useful. Thank you for attention to detail!!

Perfect!

Lovely home in the perfect location in family-friendly Cape Charles VA. Everything is new, kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals, bedrooms are very large and bright. A large, beautiful park is two blocks from the property, great soccer fields and playgrounds, lush grassy areas, splash pad. Perfect for all ages. The beach is a short walk from the house, right on the bay with gorgeous sunsets and family-friendly water good for many aquatic activities. The town is pure Americana, restaurants, delicious ice cream, candy stores, cute shops. Super safe for kids.

Wonderful vacation home

We've been coming to Cape Charles for 16 years and we've stayed in a bunch of different houses. This home was perfect for us. We were a little concerned with renting a duplex but we had two different families stay in the other half of the house while we were there and honestly, we never heard either family. Our half of the house was perfect for us. The way the home is designed, there are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom and then 3 bedrooms and a little bonus room on the 3rd floor with a shared bathroom. Two families could rent together and still have privacy (each family can have their own floor). The front porch was really nice and has an L-shape for additional privacy on the side. There is a driveway which was nice because sometimes the street got a little full. We had access to the golf-cart but we also drove down to the beach and it wasn't a big deal. We love the town because it's a place to recharge your battery. It's quiet and perfect for little kids to pre-teens. The beach doesn't have waves so parents do not have to be on high alert the entire time. My teenager (15) got a little bored toward the end of vacation but that had nothing to do with the house (he said he really liked it which is high praise!). If you have a teen that likes to paly video games in their room, you might want to bring an extra TV. Only one of the bedrooms has a TV in the bedroom and it's the master. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the house.

What makes this property unique

Golf Cart included with 7 night bookings.
The Home is located in the historic district of Cape Charles. A short walk to the beach and local restaurants and less than a block to the central park where weekly events are held in the summer. Parking can be difficult in the historic district, but not at our home. There is plenty of off street parking with a side alley and alley access behind the home. To get to the beach, we recommend renting a golf cart from CC Ryder Rentals in town. It is a 5 block walk to the beach, which I enjoy when we go, but with kids a car may be preferred.
