What makes this property unique
~900 square feet, floor-to-ceiling windows, lake and city views, hardwood floors, top-end appliances, **silent refrigerator, dishwasher, and heating/cooling**, 40W bluetooth sound system, added kitchen pantry, balcony deck. Separate sound-conditioning system plays wave or nature sounds to create additional peace within the bustling city. King bed with high-end mattress plus pullout sofa. Living room furniture is 'flipped' relative to original layout, opening up much more usable space. High floor enables views over neighboring buildings, more so than most units in building.
Natiivo is in the southeast quadrant of downtown Austin, right by the river/lake. Lots of restaurants, food trucks, and nature trails pretty much out the door. Downtown proper, Rainey Street, South Congress, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park are all a short bikeride or drive away.
Entire unit (except owner’s closet) plus all building amenities (rooftop pool deck, fitness center, club room, workspaces, and yoga room). Bedroom closet and dresser will be empty and available.
This unit is a personal residence appointed beyond the building standard, so it’s best for mature, professional tenants. If you are a partier, bar-hopper, or late-nighter, there are other units in the building that will be more suitable for you.
