OCEAN PEARL at Seaside Beach: Well above the tsunami zone on Tillamook head, sits a well-appointed 2-bedroom, two-bath condo with a private gated entry. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children. It has a private patio adjoining a park-like lawn overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean, with a view of the entire North Coast bay to Cape Disappointment 25 miles to the north on the Washington mouth of the Columbia. Directly below watch surfers negotiate 15-foot breakers, eagles soaring and if you're lucky, see Orcas and whales. Don't forget your binoculars! Also situated directly across from the popular trailhead for Tillamook Trail Head park hiking trails as well as short walking distance to the beloved Seaside Sunset Cove area for surfing, bike riding, golf, dining, pubs, and shopping.

Occupancy: 4 (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)

Maximum Vehicles : 2 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)

EXTRA THINGS TO NOTE: While there are no stairs in the home itself, there are several stairs required to reach the entrance of the home from the parking lot.

Nightly minimums and rates will vary depending on market conditions:
Peak Season - 4 night minimum
Holidays - 3-4 night minimum over Holidays/Major Events
Off Season (October – May) - 2 night

Perfect Place

This house was perfect in every way. In the front you have a beautiful forest and a trailhead and in back you have a breathtaking view of the ocean. The house is well appointed and tastefully decorated. The tub is perfect. The house is secluded, but also close to everything. I loved my stay here and I hope to come back.

Loved stayed here. Very relaxing! The only issue was the back door would not open but the property manager came and looked at it. I trust it will be fixed by the time the next renter gets there. I 100% plan on coming back in the future!

Perfect Location

We’re from the East Coast and this was our first extended stay on the Oregon coast and couldn’t have picked a better property or location. Comfortable and well appointed and provisioned condo a five minute drive to Seaside and walking distance to beach and hiking trails. Fell asleep to the sound of waves and woke up to the sight of elk grazing in the yard.

Best we've rented

We rent a lot, all over the country. This home is at the very top of the nicest we've seen (and I am particular) - it is not decorated in a cheap "rental" home manner. Super clean. well stocked. Great communication, and they said to leave the beds messy (HUGE gold star) instead of "do everything yourself and we'll charge you a considerable cleaning fee anyway" message that typically accompanies rentals. 100% satisfied, will most definitely be back.

The property was situated in a beautiful neighborhood away from the town. The home was clean, well decorated, and offered plenty of room for my family. Initially upon check in the property was not secure. The front door was open and we were unsure if we could enter the property safely. Suggestion to notify guest of any work occurring in the future.

Nice and quiet

Was nice! We ended getting snow while we were there so a lot of fun to see snow at the coast. The listing said that there was no washer and dryer but we had one in the unit we stayed in. Wish the living room would have had blinds. Other than that the condo was beautiful well equipped for cooking and had an amazing view. Our door was broken going out to the patio but the company let us know and we chose to stay there anyway. It was very clean and we enjoyed the view. Got to see a bald eagle a couple of the mornings when we were up early.

Great view; great condo

My wife and I enjoyed our 27th anniversary over a four night stay here. The condo is well appointed, and though we did not use it for cooking, the kitchen is not just lovely, but more than sufficient for preparing a nice meal. There were a couple of minor items, but given this is a new property, I'm sure management will have that worked out soon. We would use this property again. The view is really incredible. Access to town is quick, yet there is no noisy, late-night riff raff in this neighborhood. Right next to the Tillamook trail head (I believe part of Ecola State Park). Though our stay here was during bright, sunny days, I suspect the view on a gray, moody day is no less spectacular. We were treated to wonderful sunsets, and quite a number of bird species.

Seaside tranquility!

The condo is located on a bluff to the Southside of the town of Seaside and the view from the condooverlooks the beaches of Seaside all the way up to the Columbia River and Coast of Washington. While we made day trips up and down the Oregon coast, we really looked forward to getting back to the condo to relax and drink hine while enjoying our 'million dollar'view!
