We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the rental was upon arrival. We were a little disappointed that there wasn’t a Christmas tree as I had sent a message to ask about it before booking, but the host sent a tree over and it was on the porch overnight. Toiletries and cleaning supplies were adequate, and the area was open and perfect for a Christmas stay of 2 families so that we could be in the same home for the holiday. We would stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Great graduation trip

Accommodations were perfect easy to get everywhere we needed to go and house was big enough for our whole family and a couple of ones that came to visit during the day. Communication with the owner was amazing and would go there again.

House was spacious and perfect for our stay

The house was spacious as advertised on website. The location was perfect for our party since we were there for the USF graduation. The house was also very clean. The beds were on the hard side and my husband had to sleep on the couch a few nights. Others in our party were fine with the beds.

Friends Weekend

We got together for a milestone birthday for 13 friends from the Buffalo area and had a great time. Great room was awesome. The house is a little loud at night is the only complaint. But overall a great spot.

4 old golfers. Great property, came as advertised. Clean, well stocked and supplied. Nice that some dry condiments were available so you didn't have to start from scratch. 3 coffee makers including Keurig.Could use an accent table in bedrooms to place devices etc for charging. Maybe a little more decor/wallhangings. All good.

Tampa experience

New but missing kitchen utensils and bed sheets. Top bed sheets were missing just a bed cover. Not enough toilet paper. Obviously did not have a woman's touch in the kitchen. Hard to use beautiful kitchen if it does not have enough kitchen utensils.

The house is lovely. Clean, more than enough room for a large group with great sleeping accommodations. Conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive. My family loved the home and enjoyed their stay. Will definitely rent this property again if given the opportunity.

Should this home be available for your trip, pull the trigger on booking the property. This home was impeccably decorated and very welcoming for large groups. My staff had nothing but thanks and compliments for me for choosing such beautiful accommodations, I don’t keep either of these but pass them to the hosts, who made booking and staying easy.
