The Space

* 4 bedroom cabin is perfect for families and groups of friends!

* We are known for our stunning VIEWS while enjoying the hot tub and newly added SAUNA!

* Relax on the deck with a glass of wine, while small kids play in the family room just feet away. Older kids can disappear into the detached garage full of arcades bound to keep them entertained and active for hours.

The Main floor is street level (no steps) and features an open space living/dining room with a wall of windows highlighting the beautiful mountain view. Gas fireplace available (no need for fire wood).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig, Mr. Coffee, kettle, toaster, knife set, measuring utensils, can opener, wine opener, peeler, mixing utensils, pitcher, grater, pots and pans, cutting boards, baking sheets, mixing bowls, strainer, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, blender, and BBQ tools. There is a gas grill that uses propane tanks on the main level deck.

On the main floor you'll also find a King Master Suite with a Roku TV, desk, steam shower, and walk-in closet. Perfect for those unable to access stairs.

One floor down the stairs is the Family Room outfitted with arcade games, family games (Sorry, Connect 4, Jenga, Uno), and a Roku TV, making movie and game nights extra cozy. Here you'll find the second gas fireplace, no logs needed.

Lower level also features a washer/dryer, laundry supplies - extra towels - hot tub towels for guests, and two bathrooms with a shower over tub. This is where you'll find three other bedrooms. There is a King Master Suite with a solid baby crib and access to the outside. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. The third bedroom has a Queen bed outlooking the mountains. Each room has a closet with shelves/drawers for clothes.

Up to 2 dogs allowed; $120 for entire stay.

The cabin, hot tub and sauna are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.

No parties allowed. No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)

Minimum rental age 25.

All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign within 48 hours a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of government-issued photo ID. Additionally, we require a $500 off-platform security 'hold' that is put on your card before you arrive and released after you depart. We use a secure integrated property management software and have VRBO's permission to process the hold.

The circular driveway has plenty of parking. Road leading up to cabin is paved during the winter season. Cabin can be reached without 4WD, but 4WD is recommend during winter when it snows. IMPORTANT to lock doors from the Mountain's curious bear cub.
