This was our first stay in this unit but our 2nd stay on the property. A nice and simple place to stay for things in the kona area. Nice pool area and a close drive to most places in kona.
The surprisingly comfortable pull out bed, warmed pool with kid-friendly pool gear, and artisanal local market across the street each contributed to a lovely stay.

Thanks for staying with us. I hope your whole trip to the islands is awesome. Mahalo Nui Loa!
This is a great place too stay. Close too town, beaches, shopping. Coming back in the afternoons and jumping in the clean pool to cool off is the best. I would definitely recommend. Condo needs a little love (sheets, fixtures) but really a great place to stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as described, comfortable bed and couch. There is a shared coin laundry - easy to use. It is ideal if you have a car, and explore different areas while using the condo as a base
We loved staying at this condo. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we could ever want. Enjoyed the ocean views and sunsets. Convenient spot to explore Kahulia- Kona or take a drive to north point and south point of the island. Highly recommend it.
We really enjoyed our time at the condo watching the marine life and beautiful sunsets from the lanai or pool area. The BBQ area was very nice for preparing dinners while visiting with family and other guests. Thanks for the well equipped unit.
Loved our stay at this condo. It was perfect for a tropical gettaway. The full kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs. We ate all of our meals out on the porch, looking at the ocean. This spot is spectacular. Highly recommend. Also, Hawaii is very warm, and having AC in the unit was a lifesaver.
DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT stay here if staying cool is important to you. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked great for cooling the bedroom, but the rest of the condo was too hot to relax and enjoy spending time in. As for the ocean breezes cooling the condo, for the entire 5 days that we were here, there were no breezes through the condo. The three ceiling fans, two floor fans, and evaporative fan moved the hot air around well, but were not effective to cool the space. When using all of the fans, (and we needed to) it was impossible to hear people speak or hear the TV. The condo is older and musty smelling, has peeling paint and rust. The veneer is coming off of the kitchen cabinets doors and drawers. The smoke detector in the hallway had been removed. This place is in need of an update!
