This villa was recently remodeled in Spring of 2020, and features memory foam mattresses, flat screen Roku TVs (you must log in to your own streaming accounts), a fully equipped kitchen (bring your own coffee, spices, etc.), LED lighting throughout, plush bath towels, and starter packs of dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels (you may need to buy more during your stay as these are not replenished). All linens including comforters are brand new and are changed out in between each guest. This villa is located in the atrium building with an exterior screened porch overlooking The Robert Trent Jones Golf course in Palmetto Dunes.

There will be a beach wagon available for your use. We do not provide beach chairs or toys, however these items may be available for your use as they are often left behind by previous guests. We do not guarantee the condition or availability of beach items. **YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS**

Hilton Head Island is famous for its wide stretching beaches, and the oceanfront is just a 10-15 minute stroll down the private Hilton Head Resort boardwalk. Along the way you will encounter abundant sea-marsh wildlife from turtles to egrets. If you prefer a quicker route, just hop aboard the beach shuttle which has regularly scheduled runs throughout the day. At the end of the boardwalk, you'll find Coco's--a wonderful, beach-side bar and grill.

Hilton Head Resort features amenities galore, including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor walking track, onsite bike rentals, six lighted tennis courts, a poolside deli and gift shop, a beachfront bar and grill, beachfront restrooms, beach volleyball court, and a front gate with 24/7 security. Golfing is abundant in either direction when leaving the resort grounds. Guests love to take advantage of Hilton Head's extensive network of bike/pedestrian trails. Whether you want to explore the island’s wonders or unwind by the beach- Hilton Head Resort has something for you!

Great family getaway!

Our entire family was able to come together for a relaxing week at the beach. With the pool, the grill, and the tiki bar at the beach, we barely had to leave the resort. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the condo was welcoming and clean. Can’t wait to come back!

Our villas ac unit was broken when we got there. We had to leave for hours due to heat. Once we arrived back the ac unit was still broken after being told it was fixed. We then had to move to a 2 bedroom unit when we had a 3 bedroom booked. We were not compensated enough and had to cram in 2 bedroom unit bc there were no 3 bedroom units available. The property manager never initiated calls to us i had to call him in regards to every issue, no follow up from him. I wouldn’t stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The shuttle to the beach was not running due to covid but I think my favorite memories were seeing the wildlife while walking the boardwalk to the beach. The shuttle was definitely not needed. Lots of improvements have been made to the resort and many more coming. This is my new favorite place to stay in Hilton Head.

Great condo, everything was perfect - very clean. Great location and we were very glad the indoor pool, hot tub etc were inside our building as it was a bit chilly outside. Not once were we bothered by noise from the pool area the condo is located at the farthest corner from the pool. Loved the boardwalk leading us to the beach, just wish the temperatures were warmer to be able to enjoy it! Definitely wouldn't be afraid to stay here again!!
