This is a lovely condo with a great view of the pool and the beach. It has a very soothing Floridian feel to it. Very comfortable and I would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at this property over Thanksgiving! It is clean, well manicured, well-staffed, and has great amenities. We enjoyed our condo a great deal and loved the access to the beach as well as being near stores and trails to hike/bike. It was perfect for our family.

Amazing Vacation!

We had an amazing vacation at this beautifully updated, fully stocked condo. We especially loved the screened patio for morning coffee and the tranquil sound of the waves. We had perfect weather along with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Everything was perfect ❀ Thank you Susan and Ken for letting us stay at this lovely condo.

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very tastefully decorated, had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the views from the balcony were amazing! The owners were very easy for deal with. We had 1 minor issue during our stay, and it was taken care of right away. We would definitely love to stay here again. Our experience was great!

Wonderful Week

We had a lovely stay at C22. We have been to Sanibel previous years and really enjoyed the condo and it’s amenities. Ken and Susan were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We truly appreciate their attentiveness and would definitely stay here again. Great stay

This was our first time in Sanibel. The condo was everything we needed. Clean, roomy, well stocked and most importantly, on the beach. Easy access to everything you need, yet quiet and peaceful. Tropical with wildlife and nature preserves everywhere. Not over crowded in August. Communication with owners was thorough and they even provided helpful tips about things to do on Sanibel and Captiva. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was just right

The location on the island is great. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The unit is well arranged. The kitchen is very well equipped. Furniture is very nice. The screened porch is a very good size with a great view. The owners are very nice to work with. Everything was just right.

Lovely condo

We had a wonderful stay at the Browns' home. It was fully equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen and home, including beach towels and toys. Mrs. Brown called to make sure everything was going well, too. We'd come back for sure!

Clean and comfortable beach front condo!

Everything you need is in the condo. Beach items, fully stocked kitchen and dish/laundry soap. Nice comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Great shelling when you go right for a short distance on the beach. Ken and Susan are attentive hosts. We will definitely be back to C-22 at Pointe Santo!

GREAT place!

Unit C22 was wonderful! It had everything you could think of. The beds were comfortable and the patio was peaceful! The location is close to the grocery stores on the island along with several restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked if you just want to enjoy being at the condo and the grills are close too. We would recommend this unit to anyone and WILL be back. Ken and Susan were so nice to deal with. I hope they know how special their place really is!!!

Lovely condo, had everything we needed! Enjoyed spending time on the lanai in the morning and evenings! We brought our 6 month old daughter with us and Sue was kind enough to recommend a company who would deliver a car seat to us at the airport- we didn't have to bring anything except our luggage. **Recommendations** Visit Ding Darling for the refuge boat tour- a lovely way to break up the week and learn some really interesting things about the preserve and its wildlife!

Great condo and location!

Our family of 5 stayed here in October (2 adults, 3 children ages 6 and under) and had a great time. The condo provided everything we needed. I couldn't find the beach towels when we arrived and the owner texted me back immediately to tell me where they might be, and sure enough they were there! The kitchen is lovely and updated and the beds were comfortable. With 3 kids, it was nice to have a full size bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom so they all slept comfortably. We like the location of Pointe Santo and the pool area is nice. October is a great time to visit. The Browns answered questions I had ahead of time and were very responsive. We hope to return soon!

Great location and Clean, Well Stocked Condo

The owners were fabulous, responding directly and promptly to my questions. Susan also checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The only "glitch" was not their fault, as the entire complex has gone to a new Dish Network, and it took a repair specialist to replace the "Hopper" which he did the first night I was there. Many channels for TV and 3 flat screen TV's as well. All furnishing were in good repair and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with quality pots, pans and everything else that you might need. All in all, it was a great time to spend with my family over Thanksgiving.

Perfect place for a great family vacation!

From the initial communication I knew we would have a positive experience. Susan and Ken were responsive and informative. They went beyond the basics and offered information about events in town, protecting the turtles, and helpful tips for our stay. The condo was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Pointe Santo property is very well cared for it shoes. The beach is so great here that we didn’t feel a need to travel to other public beaches. Not too crowded, lots of shells, and family-friendly. The view from the condo provides a beautiful line of site across the immaculate grounds to the crystal blue waters of the gulf. We would without reservation encourage you to stay in Unit C-22!

An AMAZING week!

We again had a wonderful week in Sanibel, our favorite place on earth! Susan and Ken's condo is perfect in every way - it is clean, extremely well-equipped, and has an amazing view. They are determined to make your stay as enjoyable as possible - whether it be sending you tips on things to do on the island, best restaurants, etc. to calling to check in on you and make sure that everything is going well. When we realized that the coffee maker was broken, Susan was right on it, and had a brand new one delivered that day! We couldn't have asked for a more prompt response. This was our first time staying at Pointe Santo, and we definitely plan on coming back!

Even better than the photos

Just spent a very relaxing vacation at C22. The condo was beautiful and the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen and entire condo was very spacious. Loved that there were beach chairs, toys and towels, if needed. We were always able to find a lounge chair that the resort provides along the beach. Grocery and an amazing coffee place was within walking distance or an easy drive. Lots of great restaurants and shopping near by too. We loved the Crab Shack and Doc Fords. We were very appreciative that there was bug spray in the condo as well. Very much needed at dusk and after a rain. Finally, enjoyed the keyless entry. Very nice not worrying about who has the key. LOL! Thank you Susan and Ken for allowing us to rent your condo. We hope to go back soon and will definitely recommend your place.

Beautiful Condo!

My wife and I, along with our son and his fiancé, absolutely loved Pointe Santo condo C-22 and enjoyed our stay! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and offered up sights of the beautiful grounds along with gators, turtles, iguanas and rabbits. Probably a few other creatures we didn't see! The condo was all that we could ask for; roomy, clean, plenty of amenities but more importantly, Welcoming! The beach with the sunrises and sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful! We were lucky to "swim" with the dolphins one day as they were rolling in the surf not too far from us while we were in the water. Awesome to say the least! The people on Sanibel were very friendly and helpful. Our dining experiences were wonderful, the food was outstanding! Host Ken and Susan were very easy and helpful to work with. Could not ask for an easier process from booking to check-in. We will be back!

A Homerun!

Fantastic experience renting this wonderful Sanibel condo for my wife, two sons ages 3 1/2 and 2 1/2, and me. The owners responded promptly to my emails and texts. They also sent info prior to check in to help facilitate the process of gaining entrance to their unit. The condo had recently been updated with what appeared to be all updated bathrooms, kitchen countertops, appliances, flooring, bedding, linen/towels/etc. Although it's on the second floor we were only a few steps from the elevator and stairwell. The grounds of the condo were meticulously kept and grounds crews were present keeping everything in perfect order. The pool was heated and pool area well maintained. They even had a childrens' program if we chose to participate. The complex is right on the beach in a prime spot and a 2 minute drive to retail and restaurants. Also it's right on one of the many walking/running/biking paths that run throughout the island. This was one of those rare condos that we anticipate returning to again next year!

We were born in the Midwest and now live in Ithaca, New York. Ken teaches at Cornell University and Susan is a family mediator. We have been visiting Sanibel for 15 years for family vacations and this year decided it would be great to own our own place and be able to share it with family and friends. Sanibel has such a special quality about it - at once peaceful and restful - and also has lots of activities to keep it interesting. The beaches are gorgeous with millions of shells.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Pointe Santo seemed to us one of the nicest kept complexes on Sanibel. The staff is attentive and friendly. The kids program is great for all ages. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the beach is perfect with a great view of the sunset almost every night.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love to have breakfast on the lanai while watching the birds and turtles in the lagoon and listening to the waves breaking on the beach. Our view from both the living room and master bedroom looks straight into the Gulf. On warm nights you can sleep with all the doors to the lanai open and wake to the sound of birds and waves.
