We fell in love with this neighborhood for its connection to the outdoors and its mountain setting, which gives the area a unique character and sense of place. Being so close to nature is something we appreciate every day and is a big part of what makes this area special to us.
The location is also a major draw. The home is close to Monument Lake, Pike National Forest, and the town of Monument, known for its locally owned restaurants, shops, and breweries. With easy access to nearby trails and outdoor recreation, as well as a variety of local attractions, it’s a great spot for guests who enjoy both being active and having the conveniences of town close by.
