MOUNTAIN VIEWS! HOT TUB! Professionally decorated throughout. Walking distance to the Hearth House event center, Downtown Monument & locally owned restaurants. A few blocks to Monument Lake to enjoy fishing, kayaking, flat boarding or soaking up the sun. Amazing mountain biking is close. Few minutes drive to the Air Force Academy, quick drive to Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor Hotel, Denver and more!

This newly remodeled space has professional design touches throughout so you can feel right at home! Granite counter tops and a fully workable kitchen will meet all your cooking needs. Rec room with board games to play. 2 – 50” TV`s with one TV in the Master Bedroom. Fenced backyard, oversized deck with hot tub.

Guests have access to entire house except for the garage.

The neighborhood has an amazing downtown feel, walking distance to Downtown Monument. There are also great mountain views off the front of the property. On Saturdays, there is a local farmers market you can walk to, Many locally owned restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

We recommend people renting cars for their trip to Monument/Colorado Springs. The town also has bike/kayak/fat board rentals available!

The Santa Fe Trail goes south from Monument to downtown Colorado Springs & north to Greenland Ranch, Spruce Mountain Open Space & Mount Herman all within biking distance from the house. These area will provide some of the best mountain biking, hiking and walking this area has to offer. Locally owner restaurants, pubs and breweries. Please Note the owner is highly allergic to many things including animals. Please do not bring them with you.

We live in the Monument area and are dedicated to great customer service and an excellent stay.
No parties.
No extra guests without prior approval.
No smoking/vaping of any kind in house. Smoking on deck, back yard away from entry doors is permissible.

The home is beautiful and just as pictured. It's in a great location and walkable to the cute downtown area with shops/restaurants. The home itself is beautifully updated and has everything you need for your stay. It's super clean. Kevin was always available via phone and made sure our stay was perfect. I'd highly recommend this house and I'd definitely stay again.

Perfect for a family of 8. The hot tub was lovely. The house was equipped with plenty of blankets, towels, and water bottles in the fridge for our stay. The air fresheners were a nice touch and it smelled delightful. Probably my most favorite stay to date. We saw some deer out front when we checked in. They were calm and beautiful. The view of the mountains were great too! Would 100% recommend staying here.

Owners were great and provided information about the local restaurants. Downtown Monument is within walking distance. The home worked well for us to stay a few nights for a wedding in the area and was a great value.

Wonderful house for us and our 11 mo old granddaughter. Lots of room and even a highchair and a pack n play for baby. Great location and walking distance to town. Definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Very nice clean property, hot tub is great feature. Good space and amenities, comfortable beds. We were 5, and felt like there was plenty space. Good location close to various points of interest. We visited family that lives in Palmer Lake, went out to Sundance Pit BBQ that has amazing fire smoked brisket, 105 Social is also very good fresh food and friendly staff. 3 Hundred Days Distillery in Monument that makes local moonshine was fun as well. Would stay at the property again next time!

Great location and very clean and comfortable atay

This home was perfect for us to stay in with close drives to Pike’s Peak, Garden of the gods and other local attractions. Loved the hot tub at the end of our busy days. The hosts were great and very responsive and provided above and beyond what we expected. The home is located near a railway track but got used to sound of trains after first couple of days. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and our stay. The layout of the house was perfect. Communication with the owners was seamless. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the proximity to Safeway and restaurants. We did hear the train on our first night but it seemed to dissipate after that or perhaps we just became accustomed to it. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

Close enough to everywhere we wanted to be

Property was exactly as listed. We arrived with an easy check in. There are plenty of spaces for privacy and a good living area for group activities along with a downstairs game table. I appreciated all the sitting areas we could take advantage of. It was cold in Monument during our stay and the hosts provided extra blankets which came in handy as the downstairs was colder than upstairs (think heat rises). We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow and all the excitement of seeing fresh snow fall. There were many excellent places to eat close to the house with grocery stores in close proximity. Our hosts really provided everything we needed along with some bonus items. We would definitely recommend this location for families and groups.

Great House for USAFA Visit

This house will be my first choice for next USAFA visit. It is very convenient to USAFA ~15 minutes. The house was clean and well kept with a beautiful downstairs king size bed and gorgeous BR. Despite almost 2 feet of snow in my first few days at the house, the property owner Tim was shovelling me out before I could ask. He even brought me a basket filled with chocolates and homemade treats sent from his wife knowing that I was snowed it. Above and beyond.

Perfect Fit

We needed a home for a weekend tournament my son was playing at the Air Force Academy and this place was a perfect fit. The location couldn't have been better. It was completely clean and well appointed and the neighborhood was nice. We were able to walk to dinner one evening. The large backyard and hot tub were well kept and it's too bad we couldn't stay longer in order to use them more. The property manager was very responsive and even agreed to a last minute late checkout request that I would have understood if they declined. Thank you for that! Highly recommended.

Great Location!

We had a bit of a hiccup getting our door code, but contacted Kevin and he was super apologetic and instantly gave us the code. House is exactly as described and perfect for a family. The listing doesn’t mention that there is supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Very convenient to not pack those things. We were in town for a graduation at the USAFA and it was super easy to get there from the house. The hot tub was hot and felt great after long flights and a long night sitting in bleacher seats. Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood has an amazing feel and is walking distance to Downtown Monument. There are also great mountain views off the front of the property. On Saturdays, there is a local farmers market you can walk to, Many locally owned restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

During our first seven moths of operation, we used a Property Manager who did an excellent job (our ratings were at 5.0). However, as of March 6, 2023 we will be self managing our property in order to provide a more personalized experience. We live in the Monument area and are dedicated to great customer service and an excellent stay.
