Built in 1928 and fully modernized, the Cottage is a stylish and fun light filled space. It is located in Lower Seabright on a very peaceful street within minutes to the beach (0.7 mi), boardwalk (1.1 mi), downtown (1.5 mi) , midtown (0.6 mi) and UCSC (3 mi). Enjoy the rejuvenating ocean soundscape from the private courtyard. In the morning smell coffee roasting from nearby Verve Coffee Roasters (0.4 mi). Enjoy the best of Santa Cruz while being centrally located in a private oasis.
