Very quiet. Beautifully decorated in peaceful manner. Comfy bed. Loved all the skylights. Nice deck but backyard is pretty bare. Very clean. Great shower.
What an amazing base camp for lots of incredible adventures.

Beautifully decorated and well equipped property. They provided bath products and many extension cords whoch made the stay comfortable. Close to Main Street in SafetyHarbor.
Great setup and extremely comfortable beds, couches, and chair! I stay in a lot of VRBOs and this one was exceptionally comfy! Had all the necessities like shampoo, conditioner, cooking utensils etc. Definitely would stay here again, actually looked to see if available for another stay already but it was booked. Maybe a future trip though!
Overall, it served our purpose of visiting our family members who lived nearby. I/hubby found our king bed suite very comfy. My sister did not find the twin beds comfy and felt the bathroom tub could have been cleaner.

We appreciate the remarks and will be sure to pay special attention to the tub. We will also take a look at the twin beds and see what accommodations could be made to make this more comfy for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us. Safe travels!
Safety Harbor is a fantastic town to visit with family, friends, or with anyone! The location of the house was less than 5 minutes from Main St. Our VRBO was beautifully decorated and quite charming. It was quite sufficient for our needs. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable as well as the futon. We enjoyed out stay very much!

It was OK
Bed was comfortable, nice pillows & bath linens. Not fond of microfiber sheets & duvet (in FL heat, mid-May, high temps & humidity). Cleanliness was so-so. Carpet appeared soiled. MBR bathroom floor dirty (wiped it up myself); hair in the shower upon arrival. Liquid soap, shampoo & cond in shower were nice. No ice in freezer. We arrived at 11PM from ID. We had to buy a bag of ice the next day for 2 people/2 days and left it. Stove old; did not use. Kitchen underequipped/understocked. Faucets in M bathroom need attention. Loose spout in sink. MBR shower either tepid or too hot, faucet gets stuck in between. Toilet seats loose both BRs. Toothbrush holder dirty. 1 hair dryer for 2 BRs. Back yard & deck are an eyesore (front entrance as well); would not sit on deck. Had a dickens of a time finding the house number on the peak of the garage at 11P in the dark. A box of tissues, deck of cards, a game or two would have been nice. No instructions for 4-5 TVs, could not find any network stations. End tables show signs of age & wear. Overall the unit is old, adequate; but nothing special about it.
First impressions:
I. The layout of the villa’s bedrooms was great for our family of six, w/ each room having televisions of its own, & a master suite w/ a private bath (shower & 1 sink). There is a skylight in the middle/guest bedroom & living area.
II. The villa is functional, spacious, & clean.
III. There is no welcome binder—something to give a family, trying to make the most of Florida in a short amount time—guidance about grocery options, hidden gems, delivery suggestions, & local attractions/things to do. A binder usually gives you rules—specific expectations the host has for handling things, like what to do with soiled towels & linens, for instance.
IV. The lack of landscaping in the front & in the outdoor area in the back was frankly unappealing. No palm trees, no turf/grass, no tropical plants to lure you out to the outdoor space in the back.
Also:
I. We noticed a cute nook leading to the outdoor area w/ a desk & bookshelf.
II. There is a nice amount of dining space, w/ kitchen table & bar counter.
III. Most of the lamps (somewhat outdated) turn on w/ wall switches, but one side table lamp needed an extension cord.
IV. The villa has many dishes but not a single pot in any cabinet.
V. Not enough towels for our family of six, w/out laundering them 2x during our 6-night stay (or bringing your own). *Access to the washer/dryer is definitely a plus. No family games + toys. Middle bedroom pocket doors didn’t slide on their tracks.
Centrally-located home base!
