To celebrate our youngest son's college graduation, we stayed 5 nights at this cabin in Townsend as a family, along with our two large dogs. The cabin was very clean, well-stocked, and the layout worked perfectly for our family. Each of the three floors had its own bedroom and bathroom, which gave everyone privacy and space. The second floor was the main gathering area, while the third floor had a cozy sitting area overlooking the living room and mountain views. The views from the cabin were absolutely beautiful! The large windows and sliding glass doors in the living room made it easy to enjoy the scenery even from inside, and the balcony was one of our favorite places to relax in the mornings and evenings. The area was peaceful and quiet throughout our stay.We also appreciated that the cabin was dog friendly and accommodated are two large dogs comfortably. The road up to the cabin was uphill, as expected in the mountains, but not overly steep. The pool table was a big hit with our sons, who played every evening after hiking. The cabin was also a great home base for exploring the Smokies. We visited Cades Cove, hiked several trails in the area, and saw bears, elk, and turkeys during our trip. The owner was easy to reach and communicated well throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again in highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful Smoky Mountain getaway with plenty of space and amazing views!
