This modern riverfront cabin has been thoughtfully designed by design firm Infinite Home to give a beautifully laid-out space to enhance your stay and encourage moments of togetherness. Featuring indoor and outdoor gathering areas like the family room, elevated game room, and porch overlooking the sprawling backyard and scenic Ellijay River, it's perfect for relaxing by the fireplace and enjoying the soothing sounds of the river rushing past you. Upon entering, the heart of our cabin greets you. To your left lies our chef’s kitchen, stocked with all modern amenities such as a brand new Samsung suite of appliances, including a French-door refrigerator, dishwasher, and 36” range to whip up a family favorite or two. Adjacent to this is our dining room featuring our mid-century Article dining table, where many laughs and stories are shared under the warm glow of our modern industrial chandelier illuminated with Edison bulbs. And for those chilly evenings, our living room beckons with its snug seating, a heart-warming stove fireplace, and an expansive view of nature's beauty right outside the large slider doors.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

Bedroom 1 (main level): King-sized West Elm bed with hypoallergenic down pillows and comforters with ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed from West Elm with hypoallergenic down pillows and comforters.

Bedroom 3 (upper level): Queen bed from Pottery Barn with hypoallergenic down pillows and comforters.

Bedroom 4 (lower level): 2 custom built-in twin bunk beds and a king-hanging bed from Four Oak Bed Swings. All three beds are fitted with down hypoallergenic comforters and pillows. Two wicker cocoon hanging chairs flanking a beautiful 72” Pottery Barn dresser where the 65” smart TV is mounted.

Comfort extends to the bedrooms. Each room was designed to give you a different experience regardless of where you decide to stay. As soon as you enter the primary room, you’ll see the opulent king-sized bed fitted with down hypoallergenic comforters and pillows tastefully decorated with faux fur blankets and designer pillows for a truly elevated rustic look. The spa-like ensuite bathroom has a free-standing tub, double vanity, spa towels, and a standing shower for a serene retreat. Connected to the primary are 2 doors that open to the covered porch where you can enjoy your mornings on the bed swing while listening to the comforting sound sounds of the Ellijay River. The upper level has 2 secondary bedrooms, each with their unique charm. The ‘warm brownie’ bedroom has its own personal porch with an oversized rocking chair and a hammock to hang out and enjoy the outdoors comfortably. For our little adventurers, our basement bedroom promises a world of fun. The rope-suspended king bed is a hint of whimsy, while the built-in twin bunk beds are every child’s dream come true. Step out, and the deck offers more - a rejuvenating hot tub, playful swings, and even a table for a rousing game of ping-pong.

As the night falls, our stone fire pit beside the river becomes the ideal spot for marshmallow roasting and star-gazing. For indoor enthusiasts, our gaming area awaits with a modern pool table, foosball tables, an Xbox gaming system, a flat-screen smart TV, and much more, ensuring fun-filled evenings in style.

Be it the upper deck with its snug couches in front of the remote-operating fireplace, the inviting bed swing outside the Primary suite, or the lower deck with its fairy lights hanging over multiple seating areas, swings, and even a 7-8-person hot tub – every nook is crafted with love. And, wherever you choose to unwind, the Ellijay River ensures you always have the best seat in the house.

The home is located in a private HOA neighborhood with lovely neighbors who are very knowledgeable about the area, its history, and the wildlife. Don’t be afraid to say hi! Your arrival to our gated neighborhood begins at a lovely covered bridge crossing the Ellijay River.

River Run is a perfect setting for families seeking relaxation and quality time together. This serene retreat is thoughtfully designed for peaceful getaways and is best suited for intimate gatherings. To ensure a calm environment for all guests and the surrounding neighborhood, we kindly request that the cabin not be used for parties or large events. We look forward to providing you with a memorable and relaxing stay.

!!ATTENTION!!

To ensure our cabin stays beautiful and comfortable for all guests, we ask that you do not bring items like paints, glitter, or anything that could potentially stain or damage the furniture.

We also have a strict max car rate of 5 cars per booking.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and 3.5 acres of grounds.

Other Things to Note:
Free Wifi

After each guest, we thoroughly clean and refill the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should never be set above 104 degrees for health reasons.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $20,000. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit.

!!PET POLICY - READ BEFORE BOOKING!!

We allow up to two hypoallergenic dogs (under 30lbs each).
If your pup is a little over the weight limit but still hypoallergenic, just send us a message—we’re happy to accommodate!

Send us a quick photo and let us know their breed so we can give the official approval.

While we know all dogs are lovable, non-hypoallergenic or larger dogs aren’t allowed—and bringing one will result in a significant fee to cover the deep cleaning required to make the cabin safe for the next guest.
