Our stay was fantastic. We stayed for 5 nights. The townhouse was clean and the owners were easy to deal with. There were plenty of beach chairs for our group of 6, and even a large , screw into the sand, umbrella for our use. Peg leg Pete's restaurant was just down the road. We thought it was good but not great. If you like fried cod try the fried grouper which is very good! The T.V's were a little hard to figure out. I was able to get regular TV on the master bedroom TV, I'm not sure we ever figured out the other two. Two people in our group wanted to fish in the Gulf and they easily found a charter near Shaggy's to take them out and they had a great time. Fort Pickens, about 8 miles down the road, is a neat place to visit. Also, I feel the Pensacola Naval Museum is a must see. The beach and water are absolutely beautiful. We saw many dolphins, some sharks and jellyfish and even a large sea turtle. There were many people in the water and the sharks were not being threatening in any way. The kitchen was well stocked and all the bedrooms had balconies which was a really nice feature. A couple of the bedrooms had a small ripple in the carpet showing some signs of age but they were clean, beds were comfortable, and the two bathrooms upstairs were very roomy. I highly recommend this place, It has the three things I like in a vacation rental: It was clean, it was roomy, and it has a great location. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay at your place.

This stay was great! It's not the newest rental out there, but it has that comfy vibe of staying at a relatives guest house. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with nice dishes and cookware (finding a place with a good skillet is hard to do!). It was especially nice to have an ice maker in the refrigerator. All of the bedrooms had adequate room and plenty of closet space. Being right on the beach is always a big plus and there was a huge selection of beach toys and chairs in the garage. Communication with the host was very fast and easy. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to come to the beach!

Perfect location on the beach easy to get in and out. Loved having a garage to pull directly into to load and unload in the elevator. Owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with.

Great location and the house was perfect for our two families with teenage/young adult children. Jeannine was very quick to respond with any questions we had. She even dropped off a filled propane tankto us for our last minute grilling. We plan to be back!

Best Condo in Pensacola Beach

Pictures do this place no justice so I can’t say that it was exactly as pictured because it was BETTER. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for us all without being on top of each other. The kids loved the elevator and the provided beach toys. The kitchen is stocked like none I’ve never seen before. If you can’t prepare a meal in that kitchen, you don’t need to be cooking. Beds are all so comfortable, super easy beach access. Ms Jeannine was an amazing host. This my first trip to Pensacola but it will definitely not be the last.

Family Time

We stayed at this unit while visiting our son in flight school at NAS Pensacola. Plenty of room for our family of 4 (adult kids) to relax and catch-up. Jeannie offered early check-in. It was helpful to pop-in and see what we needed before heading to the store. She was there and gave us a tour making us so feel welcome. We loved the easy access to the beach and the large patio to have family dinners while watching the Navy planes. So much better than the nearby high rises. We will be back when our LTJG gets his wings!

Perfect Little Spot

We had a great time, weather wasn’t the greatest, but we made the most of it. They had a lot of cooking items that most places we’ve stayed did not. Had lots of beach stuff to use. Beds were really comfortable, super soft.

What a great place

First time staying at Pensacola Beach, what a great place. We had family here at Jeannine Townleys rental and could not ask for nothing more. It is a truly amazing place and hope to use it again.

Baseball Springbreak

This was the absolute best place that we have stayed at in Pensacola!! The location is amazing! We woke up to dolphins swimming almost every morning! Neighbors were fishing on the beach! The elevator was great for checking in and out! Communication was fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing this home!

Short and sweet escape.

First visit to PNS and we couldn't have picked a better home away from home. Jeannine and Allen were great hosts, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The condo was well stocked, from kitchen supplies to beach toys. Easy 10 min trip to groceries/etc. Best part is the beach is your backyard! We'll be back!

Peaceful location for Thanksgiving Family Reunion

Soothing sounds of the waves, the refreshing air, and the spectacular views of the rising and setting sun. Our reunion group included a 90 year family member who greatly appreciated the elevator. The outdoor patio was the prefect setting to enjoy our seafood steamer feast.

Overall great stay!!

Early check-in was available and we were so glad it was! Showed up to the 3rd floor AC out, but they had it fixed before what should have been our normal check-in. The owners were very sweet and helpful to get the problem fixed quickly. I do think the property could have been cleaned a little more thorough, the floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Overall a wonderful stay, perfect beach front spot.

Family trip

Great location and perfect amount of everything available to my you feel like your at home away from home. Beach was amazing and not over crowded at all. Neighbors were friendly also! Few days there was some construction happening next door that made outside sitting not as enjoyable as they were cutting things and smoking a lot (not fun) but otherwise it did not outweigh the great time we had with our family! Will definitely recommend this place to other friends and family and already looking forward to future bookings. We were sad to leave! Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us!

Gem By The Water

Our family came to Florida for my grandson’s high school graduation. We came from Missouri with a large group. When we arrived in Florida, the check-in was easy. Type in the code provided and voila. I’ll start this review from the areas we viewed first. The garage is large with an abundance of inflatables and beach toys. You could easily get two vehicles in the garage. We were able to fit a 15 passenger van. If you have a medium or high top van you will probably not fit under the garage door. There are also two reserved spots in front of the unit. The elevator is great for anyone not able to handle stairs. The property is large with amazing views. The beach was never congested. We had fun picking up seashells and strolling on the beach. The rip currents were very strong while we were there. I don’t know if this is the norm? We ate all our meals at the property. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable with bathrooms on both floors. Plenty of room to spread out and sleep. Primary bedroom is large with great views of the Gulf. Don’t over pack as there is a washer and dryer. The owner was helpful, we had no issues that needed handled. This is a wonderful property and I wouldn’t stay any where else. If you want souvenirs, check out Alvin’s Island Surf Shop. Lori G.

Amazing Beach Front Vacation

Absolutely incredible. Jeanne was great and helped with all questions. The toys, chairs etc in the garage was a nice surprise. Also, at the time of this review, there is a crib and toddler bed in the master which was a huge plus. We would love to stay at this property again.
