This snug little cabin sits within walking distance from the 2-story dock leading into Lake Brownwood. Includes one private bedroom with a queen sized bed and three bunk-style twins. If you include the large sectional couch, there is plenty of room to sleep more! With an open layout, you'll easily be able to access the kitchen and laundry amenities.

**The dock is a shared space for all three houses on the property. Lake levels at our dock are very low right now. If you need exclusive access to the boat slip, please contact us directly.**

Easter getaway

The property was great. The house was homey and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The easy access to the dock was great for the family to go fishing.

Great place to relax

The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed, online pics were accurate, location was perfect! Dock & lake were ideal. We have family in the area so we will be back.

Unable to use dock sitting in mud..

I rented for 3 nights. We left after 2nd night, that morning. Its wasn't what the picture had showed. Dock was sitting in mud. Believe we should have been told lake was so low and dock was unusable. Took my boat and never got to put in water. Cabin inside was nice but yard next to us was trashed out for people staying over weekend and grass needed cut. People staying in front wasn't shearing dock were my kids could just walk down. They had said they rented that house it was there's. 3 rent houses on property. And pack of neighborhood dogs run through property and barking at my kids, and use that property to relief themselve. Wanted to shoot one for be aggressive, but wife wanted to just go back home. Overall wasn't impressed. Stayed 2 nights and called it quits.
