This home was recently remodeled and is a modern beach villa in the best location imaginable. Premium features such as new hard flooring, stainless steel appliances, and a gorgeous remodeled bathroom makes the home one-of-a-kind. With inviting coastal decor and details throughout, you can relax in style with all of the creature comforts of home.
Our full kitchen features a Keurig as well as classic coffee maker, stainless steel appliances, and an open layout where you easily catch up with friends and family. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils.
There is a FANTASTIC PRIVATE OCEANFRONT BALCONY for your enjoyment. Whether enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail, you can recharge while listening to the waves roll in!
Sleeping up to 8 guests, the bedrooms in our home are 1 queen in the master bedroom, 2 doubles in the second bedroom, and 2 twins bed in the third bedroom. All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs as well, with the master bedroom having a 32" smart TV for your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more.
There is a washer and dryer in the home for your added convenience as well as a full dining table for you and your guests!
