The seating ensemble faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a handsome wood credenza. Honey-toned floors extend into the dining area, where a raised table and seating for six sit next to a large mirror. The adjacent kitchen features white cabinetry, matching appliances, and spacious countertops. Raised chairs at the tiled breakfast bar provide extra seating for dining and hanging out. From the great room, guests can access a furnished, gulf-front patio. Enjoy the happy company of your fellow vacationers while watching the tide roll in, feeling coastal breezes on your cheeks, and catching the smell of salt in the air.

The bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary suite is a slice of heaven in and of itself. It has a king-size bed, cottage-style furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bath with dual vanities. With its beachfront location, guests are less than a one-minute walk from the snow-white sands and shimmering waves that 30A is known for.
