The master bedroom has an attached master bathroom, both bathrooms have been fully renovated. The master has a soaker tub for a spa like feel. Plenty of bath towels and linens for everyone. The master bedroom also features a private walk out deck with seating to enjoy your morning or evenings looking at the water.

Off the living room there is a slider taking you out to the large patio deck that has plenty of seating around the propane fire pit, an umbrella for shade, reclining chairs, and access to the large back yard with hammock and more seating around the fire pit at the ocean's edge. From here you will also find the trail that takes you down to the ocean where you can search for shells or simply enjoy your own private beach area.

For larger parties or families, the property also has a small guest house that shares the driveway and front yard. The guest house has one bedroom, one full bathroom with stand shower and soaker tub, open concept living room, dining room, and a full kitchen. Washer and dryer included as well.
