FREE Wi-Fi and parking at nearby lot. Secured building/elevator. Located in the newly revitalized Waikiki Beach Walk area, you're just steps to great dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there is no pool at this building, you are just 1 block to beautiful Waikiki Beach! Coin-operated laundry facilities on 2nd floor.

We had an excellent stay!! Niihau is at the heart of Waikīkī and everything is very accessible. Also Vincent is very good host with detailed and prompt communications. Overall a great stay!

The place is ok. The only concern i have is the dump truck every morning. They are very load and if you sre not a deep sleeper like me, then definitely its a concern

Excellent location and Vincent was an excellent host. Any question or request had a response time of 20 mins. The property itself is small. But all the information, including the floor plan is already provided on the listing. We had a great time, thanks to Vincent.

Host was great and the upgrades to the space was awesome. However, the noise from the garbage trucks or others at 3 am or 4am made it difficult to get a good night sleep. Plus the bedroom has no A/C.

Pleasantly surprised!

Arrived at around midnight but it was easy to find the apartment and the parking lot.The apartment is clean and perfectly located. Super close to the beach and tons of great shops and restaurants close by. Highly recommend this property for a great stay in Waikiki!lot.

The management agent was unresponsive once we checked in. We registered 4 guests for 10 nights and we were provided 4 towels and 4 wash clothes and no response from him. The place was reasonbly clean for the most part. Location was good. Security was good. Shower very small for even a 6 foot 205 person.

Was given walk through of property upon arrival. Apt was clean, secured access to bldg so we felt safe, location was great. 2 minute walk to beach, shave ice shop right downstairs, restaurants and convenience store very close

Excellent Location

My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay in this unit in the prime location of Waikiki. Lots of restaurants and beaches around was accessible and walkable. We enjoyed the beach gears that was provided as it made our trips to the beach so much more enjoyable. Paul the property manager was great in helping us get checked-in. Thank you for this great stay!

Close to all the Action

Started in this condo, but a water leak led to a swap to a new condo in the same building. Both were very nice units. Paul was great and very responsive. Walking distance to the beach, great shopping, and restaurants. The free parking was nice as we rented a car.

Great Location and Convenient

The location was great, right near the beach and all that Waikiki has to offer. Solid space for a family of 4 or less, if you are looking for a place just to rest, freshen up and keep your things it works well. Bathroom is narrow but it fulfilled the job and honestly the location is really the key.

Great option for Hawaiian stay

It was so nice to have a central location that was more reasonably priced to stay, and parking nearby (off-site). The property manager was very helpful and communicative. We enjoyed having kitchen space, and shower to utilize each night after being out and about during the day. ABC was a few minutes walk away, and plenty to do beyond that or a short drive.

Great location, very clean, perfect for our family

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit. There were beach items available which was a nice touch. One note is that the bathroom is narrow and the shower is small. The location was convenient to all sorts of food, shopping, and the beach. The property manager was responsive for check-in and check-out. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay!
