Great location within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. Parking is located off-site, about a five-minute walk away, but we were always able to find a spot and had no issues entering or exiting with the access card.The space is nicely decorated and functional, and the step stools were a thoughtful touch for young children. Air conditioning was definitely useful. There was a musty smell in the washing machine, but the host responded promptly and provided cleaning supplies to address it.One thing to note is that the listing mentions a dishwasher, but there wasn’t one in the unit.

Communication with the property manager was smooth so was checkin. Location is fantastic and pretty convenient especially with the include parking. Cleanliness was pretty good though had some things left from previous rentor.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice place for us to rest after a lot of fun activities in the day. It was in a nice location. The parking was not on site but it was a close walk to the parking lot. There were stores nearby and the beach was just across the street.

Convenient location to beach and city. FREE parking. Clean quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay is only 9 minutes away from the beach. It has a free parking space for 1 car in a nearby lot also less than 10 minutes away. The building is very secure as it requires a key to the elevator. It had basics for cooking, microwave, full fridge and even washer/dryer. Provided beach towels, 3 beach chairs and umbrella. Sofa bed was good (we pulled out and used on the floor). Vincent, property manager, answered right away when we landed and provided self check in instructions. He also available throughout our stay. He also provided us a late check out with no charge! Water pressure in the shower was great, hot water worked for all 4 of our showers. No humidity inside the room. Clean and no noise from streets or neighbors.

Perfect location! The apartment had everything I needed including beach chairs and boogie boards. Parking was just 5 minutes walk away so it was convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer worked well. The only thing I might wish to be improved is a firmer mattress on the sofa bed. Otherwise, everything was perfect and I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

We enjoyed our trip- The room was clean and beautiful! the A/C was refreshing to come back to after a day at the beach and the inclusive amenities like washer and dryer were great for our week-long stay!

It was clean and had everything we needed. The pull out couch was a bit soft and getting in touch with property manager by phone was a bit weird. They could have just texted the lock box code. Otherwise it was a great location and everything worked.

Location and the parking were the best points on this place. However, appliances were dated, cleanliness were ok and the internet was not properly working. Always went on and off. But, my big concern was about the I honesty from its team members, especially the people who clean the apartment. I left stuff in the washing machine and contact the manager twice to let him know ( I know it’s my fault to left stuff there but still.. )He said that he found nothing but I am 100% sure clothes were there. Even though, I offered him to pay for the delivery he seems uninterested to help. Did not heard anything from him since our last conversation even though I emphasized him to let me know. Very disappointed. So, be aware on not left anything there because you will never have it back.

Regarding the items reportedly left behind, our team checked the washing machine and condo but did not locate them. We regularly assist guests with returning forgotten belongings whenever items are found, and we regret that we were unable to recover these items in this case.
