The Ultimate Waikiki Beach Unit!
Ideal ocean view Waikiki beach unit #1514 in the desirable Ocean Side Tower #1 is located just one block from the famous Waikiki Beach and has direct view of beach and ocean. This 1 bedroom corner unit is 10% larger than regular Banyan units at over 650 sq.ft and has a complete separate kitchen. This upgraded unit has new carpet and blinds installed in February of 2017 and new sofa couch (top of the line mattress) and lazy boy chair purchased in November of 2017. The unit was remodeled in December 2010 with high end granite in kitchen, bath and shower. Also, new carpet, new paint and travertine tile flooring in kitchen, bath and lanai. Unit is clean and comfortable and has a great lanai for watching sunsets, surfers and beach goers. There is also a full separate kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve a complete meal and or entertain. For beach goers, we have beach chairs and kids beach toys. For grillers and chillers, there is a huge pool deck with BBQ's, tables, pool and jacuzzis, snack bar and big kids jungle gym. Less than a 5 minute walk to Waikiki's main beach, the zoo and Waikiki aquarium and centrally located to give easy access to all the fun, shopping and dining this ultimate location has to offer. $135 rate is for stays of 7 days or more in low season. $150 is the nightly rate for high season December-April and May through September. We do offer discounts for stays of 21 days or more-please send and email with dates for pricing.
The Waikiki Banyan was recently updated and remodeled throughout and has full time security. There is a vacation resort atmosphere at the Waikiki Banyan and the many onsite amenities include pool, spa, BBQ facilities, putting green, tennis, volleyball, sauna, children's play area, snack bar, convenience store and ample sitting areas for dining and relaxing. As an added bonus, your rental includes snorkeling gear (2 adults and 2 children), beach chairs, mats, beach towels and many other useful items for your stay! Please feel free to ask for any special items that will make your stay more enjoyable.

About Jeff Peck
We are the OWNERS of this one unit 1514 Tower #1. It was remodeled in December 2010. Our goal is to provide a clean comfortable upgraded unit to responsible renters. We try and offer some additional items to save out guests money where we can-for example-snorkel sets, beach chairs and kids beach toys. The benefits of renting our corner unit 1514 T1 is the beach, ocean and mountain view, large floor plan the corner units have (100 square feet bigger than other units!), separate kitchen with view(only corner units), updated and remodeled unit with high end materials (granite, travertine tile, new carpet, new furniture etc.), and extras like snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach toys to save your money from having to rent. Unit also has wifi for secured internet.

A Fine Place to Stay
If the faster pace of Waikiki Beach is what you're looking for, then stay at Jeff's condo. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, with convenient access to many attractions. Everything is accurately described in the overview, and it's a good value overall. Jeff called upon check in to make sure that all was well, and since it was, we had no need to call him again (but he's standing by if needed). I wish we had thought to buy paper plates and cups so we didn't need to deal with washing as many dishes, so maybe consider that. Can't beat free parking in a secure building, and a great view of the weekend fireworks on the water from the lanai. Now keep in mind that you are downtown and will have city noise to deal with, so if you're looking for quiet and seclusion, then don't stay in Waikiki. We were very satisfied overall and would stay in Jeff's condo again without hesitation. Mahalo Jeff!

Great Apartment in great location.
Jeff's apartment in Waikiki was absolutely fantastic!
It was so spacious,clean,well appointed and provided lovely views of the water during the day and pretty lights of buildings and homes at night.
The beach was literally a 5 minute walk and all the shops,cafes and restaurants were at our fingertips.
The car space was really appreciated and saved a lot of money for us.
It was also great that several tour pick ups were right across the street from the apartment block.
The air conditioning worked well and cooled the apartment down when required.
We made good use of the snorkel gear,beach mats and umbrella and loved having evening drinks on the lanai.
The kitchen was also well equipped and cooked several times.
The laundry across the hall was very convenient as was the garbage shoot.
We felt so lucky having the use of such a comfy,well located apartment and looked forward to coming home each day,crashing on the couch and watching tv whilst enjoying treats from the Cheesecake Factory.Then climbing into the beautiful king size bed and drifting to sleep.
Jeff was the perfect host.He emailed us on arrival to point out there was a small maintenance issue which he promptly addressed and followed up with a phone call to check if everything was in order. He even contacted us when we got home to Australia and gave us a credit for our inconvenience.Thanks again Jeff,there wasn't the slightest inconvenience on our part. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our first time to Waikiki and would happily recommend this apartment to everyone. Look forward to staying again next time we're there!
The perfect place to stay. One block off Kalakaua St., which is Waikiki and the beach. All the fancy hotels, restaurants and shops are there. You'll be staying on Kuhio St., the other main drag in Waikiki. Walking distance to all.
The apartment is bright and roomy, modern and clean. Plenty of room with everything you'll need. Pool and 6th floor grill great. Grill has the best "shave ice" without going to the north shore. Parking included is important; $20 to $40 for 24 hours daily in the area.
This was a 3 1/2 week stay for us.
It is bitter sweet for me to give such deserved high praise because I have family here and want to keep this treasure available for myself whenever I return.

We really enjoyed Jeff’s condo and would recommend it to our friends. The location to the beach, walking routes, local shopping, bus stops and hotels for tour bus excursion made it ideal. The corner suite was bright and clean. You can hear the noise of the big city but not a peep from any of your other neighbours. So nice to enjoy either the A/C or to open the windows for a fresh tropical breeze. The kitchen is well equipped for in suite meals or for a barbecue down on the 6th floor pool deck. We didn’t use the pool much but it was popular with many of the guests. The barbecue’s all function well and you could cook your meal easily for $2.00 worth of quarters. It was great fun to meet people from all over the world while cooking and having a cold beer. The laundry room directly across the hall from the suite was an unexpected bonus. Even at Christmas time it was never busy, was clean and is a great deal for a few bucks worth of quarters. The garbage chute and recycle room is also right next to the suite so very convenient. The king size bed was very comfy and our 2 teenage girls slept well on the brand new sofa bed with memory foam mattress. We rented a car so having free parking in Waikiki is great value. Jeff was quick to answer any texts, emails or phone calls we made to get us oriented to the Waikiki Banyan and the condo suite throughout the entire VRBO process. As you’ve read in other comments, the Banyan is now an older building and the suite could use some cosmetic updates but we knew that going in and were not disappointed. The Banyan has several elevators and we rarely had to wait for one which is important in such a big facility. The small store and cafe in the lobby were very convenient for last minute items. The pool deck is currently being updated and should be completed in the Spring of 2018. The pool is open during the updates. The keys for a successful rental for us were location, cleanliness and communication. Jeff didn’t disappoint. The pictures of the suite and from the deck are an accurate reflection of what you get. No photoshop here. Overall a great value and a wonderful vacation. Thanks Jeff.

Has everything but needs some attention
Jeff's property had everything we needed: a great location (one block from Waikiki beach; walking distance to our favorite places; outstanding city, mountain, and water views; convenient access to public transit), a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Jeff was responsive on the few occasions we contacted him, which contributed to our successful vacation.
We know this is a vacation rental property, but it could use a few improvements to enhance visitors's stays: replacing worn upholstery on the dining room chairs; replacing the short, shag carpet that looks dirty but isn't; and repairing the battered appearance of the pocket door to the toilet/tub room and closet doors in the bedroom.
Everything was neat, clean, and organized. Overall, a good place to stay in Waikiki. We recommend it.
