A five minute walk to the Tennis Hall of Fame and easy access to the rest of downtown, mansions, shops, restaurants, Cliff Walk, beaches, health food store, library, playgrounds, upper broadway, and more. The heated outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. There are free laundry machines and a shared outdoor grill by the pool. Wind down from a day at the beach on the private screened porch or with a movie on the 55" flat screen TV. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a twin bed and a full/double bed. Off street parking for one vehicle and on street parking available across the street with no permit required. There are bicycle racks as well. Newport's free trolley stops right in front of the building for easy access to downtown, Ocean Drive, mansions, and Rejects Beach. Come, relax and enjoy all Newport has to offer.
