Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Comfortable and cozy.
Unit was very clean, roomy, and functional. Enjoyed our stay and the deck. Short walk to a nice swimming beach. Neighbors were pleasant.
Recommend installing a secondary bolt lock on the front lock.

First of all there was no combination to a gate to a private beech. When I texted the owner the response was let’s just misleading the excuse was because of the hurricanes . I’m sorry I really feel they should properly update the ad and the descriptions and be accurate. So much wreckage all over the place.

Near the beach
Chose this unit due to the access to the beach, but after booking we find out there is no access. A ten digit entry code is excessive. The "rules" by Vacasa didn't lend a carefree beach visit. Seemed like furniture and kitchen supplies were 2nd hand and cheap. Only one toilet paper roll for a stay was pretty frugal. We had to buy some. The couch/recliner was not comfortable at all.Unfortunately, other units were being remodeled so the construction noise was not relaxing. We understand that it should be done out of high season but we should have been notified.

Quiet location, neighborhood feeling. Clean, great deck for outdoor dining. When beach gets repaired from hurricane damage it will be walk to the beach...but not now. When that happens i would stay here again.
