The Fields General Store is right next door. The Cabin is located 3 miles from the city of South Haven. Relax on the screened porch, around the fire pit, hiking to the beach, or simply inside enjoying the log home. We cannot wait to share our home with you! The bear cave was everything we hoped and dreamed of. We stayed in January, and absolutely loved the snowy woods and the short hike to the lake from the property. The cabin itself is beyond cute, very comfortable and well laid out, and full of fun features like the electric fire/heater, games, a well stocked kitchen, and lots of cozy places to hang out. We came for the woods and it did not disappoint.

This cabin in the woods was the perfect get away from the every day grind. Cabin was clean and very comfortable. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Hiking trails started right outside the back door. Couldn't ask for anything more. My stay in the cabin was perfect and the snow that fell was icing on in the cake. At pretty. Definitely will book again.

Needed a campsite for one evening somewhere near the Kal Haven Trail. this place fit the bill perfectly. Excellent bathroom facilities and the Kal Haven Trail is right there.

This is a great property located within walking distance to a great trail with a great view of the lake. The cabin itself is quaint but has a nice charm to it. The place was very clean. There were a few quirks with the place but that's to be expected, and nothing that drastically affected our stay.
